Tim I am the Match Director for Rimfire Action Matches here in NJ. I am currently using the Butler Creek 10 Round Steel Lip Mags on my 10/22. They go for about $15.00 each. smokshwn
Tactical Innovation. The midlevel polymer ones are excellent and a great value.

mpeltier
Hard to beat OEM Ruger mags if all you need are 10 rounders. As others have mentioned be sure to get aftermarket mags with metal feed lips. The plastic ones I have tried all failed to be reliable.
bofe954
I've never had an aftermarket mag that worked for long. Some never worked. I haven't tried the last wave of new ones (like the tactical innovations). If all you need is 10 rounds and it's for a match on the clock, I'd go factory. You can get them for less than $15. Outsydlooknin75
Get two factory Ruger mags, and glue them flat to flat.... it will make them easier to change in and out during a match and they have always functioned fine for me .
jar
If you only need 10 rounds, you can't beat the factory ruger mags.
Glockcomma
I've got 4 factory mags and as long as I don't let them get to dirty they seem to work great. I can get them out of Brownells for about $13.00 I think I'll just get a couple more of those. Thanks for all the help Tim
Aircooled6racer
Hello: I like the factory Ruger clear mags. That way I can see if the are loaded with 10 rounds. I have two boys and they load up there mags and I just do a visual check to make sure they are full. If you want to clip some mags together Clark Custom have a coupler that clips 3 mags together. I was thinking of trying those. Thanks, Eric
