Probably just "parts". If the parts assembly meets the criteria, it comes off the line and gets shipped. Legions, I am sure get additional attention to protect the brand.

The "donor" P320F Red Box was unusual in that it had a 4lb trigger as shipped. (similar to a bone stock Legion ?) The Gray Guns upgrade was the Full Meal Deal with GG sear and springs (used the "light" set). Trigger : Keres Adjustable Bar : Apex

It is possible to get a very nice trigger in the P320. I am sub 2lbs, clean break and all non-Legion parts. Had I started with a Legion, I'd be at $1200 which is too much for a polymer-framed pistol, IMO. I happen to have an Edge in jail, so we'll see if that will spoil me.

Typo ? I started following the Armory Craft P320 trigger development last year. Got tired of waiting for the roll out and grabbed the Keres instead. Have it combined with Apex bar and GG sear kit.....very happy.

I'd ask Dawson. They will know. You will have to tell them whether you want Absolute or Lower 1/3 Co-Witness.

That alone would be enough for me to start looking for another brand.

That's a very good price for that. I paid $279 for a Pro Full Size, no barrel, no RSA. Now that it's out there, I would jump on it before the lurkers snap them up !

I played their "email for price" game and just rec'd a R1Pro 3MOA for $379. That was the cheapest that I could find. They are really proud of that 6MOA LOL

Best gamble is GG sear and trigger (over-travel adjustable). $149 You can't buy just the sear kit, so there you go. If you try to do it without the GG sear, you won't get that clean, creep-free break (unless you are very lucky). Edit: WDFW = WA Dept Fish & Wildlife

Yes. Maybe you can try a different slide and let your GG sear interface with a different striker lug. If the scratchiness persists, then there is something wrong with the GG kit.

With your Gray Guns sear installed, I would be tempted to try a different striker. My results were so positive with the GG sear kit, I'd hate to see a fellow shooter give up on it. When communicating with Gray Guns CS, be sure to check your junk email box. IME, GG correspondence sometimes ends up there.

Don't count on the Apex bar to remove take-up. If you want to remove take-up you will want to consider either the Keres adjustable or the Armory Craft adjustable triggers. With these triggers you can "dial in" exactly what you want for take-up and over-travel. Here's my "recipe" and how it progressed, starting with a P320F that arrived with a trigger pulling at 4lbs measured with a Lyman digital : Added Apex bar and over-travel bushing. Removed 1lb of pull weight and nothing other than that. Added Keres adjustable trigger. Removed 8oz of pull weight and ability to adjust fore and aft was phenomenal. So now we are at around 2lbs-8oz pull weight. Added Gray Guns sear and spring kit. Reduced pull weight by another 10oz and removed the "creep" that I couldn't get rid of otherwise. So there's not much left of the original P320F and pull weight is under 2lbs. This is a range gun and it has the best striker trigger that I have ever pulled. Ignore any "Legion Geometry" comments. The above exceeds anything like that. A big plus for me was that my garden variety, bone stock P320F had such a light pull to begin with. Edit: The over-travel bushing that came with the Apex bar could have been taken out after adding the Keres trigger. However, I'm glad I left it in as I didn't have to move the Keres set screw very far to achieve my desired over-travel. I'm a fan of not monkeying with the adjustment screws any more than needed. The Keres screws are "stiff" and I would expect them to have no problem holding their settings.

The flat-faced triggers provide more leverage and usually yield a little lighter pull weight. Mine (Keres adjustable) dropped pull weight about 8oz. For a noticeable reduction in pull weight, install the Gray Guns Competition kit as suggested above. Break quality is also much better. It eliminated "creep" in my example. This ^^^ I converted my P320F with a Gray Guns Fat Rod (ships with15lb) I use 1911 Government springs from Taylor Tactical (kit contains: 11,12,13,14,15) and settled on the 13lb spring for 115gr range ammo. Conversely, I have some springs from another seller and they are too long for P320. They almost go full stack which makes me really push to lock slide back. I could cut them, but I'm not a spring cutter by nature....I expect the spring maker to do it right.

He's on Book Face/Instagram so there's major suckage right there. All hat, no cattle thing going on, looks like. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.

I would have liked to have seen a separate dovetail for the rear sight. I don't know why they want to continue to hang their hat on that blanking plate/sight combo.
