  1. I'm a big fan of aa7, never loaded long shot used 3n38 it's awesome but the price isn't worth it, it shoots no softer than#7 the only difference is its cleaner but that being said I've never had it dirty my gun up so much that it caused a malfunction. Plus every so often you'll get a fireball with 3n38 that you can both feel and see while shooting is pretty random but when it does you'll take note cause it gets your attention.

  3. Red dirt st is the best and easiest
  4. The problem is it keeps alternating first shot on target next shot high, next shot back to intended aiming point.
  5. I've checked this no comp strikes and mags are feeding into chamber.
  6. All, i have a 9 major gun that i recently changed dots on while zeroing the dot i was getting a hit at my intended area than the very next one goes high about 4 to 5 inches, the following shoot usually prints back to the original aiming point. This alternates, i took the gun home cleaned and inspected couldn't find a creek in the slide anywhere. I then thought it could be the new dot so i put another dot on and the results aren't changing so it's got to be gun related so any and all help on this would be appreciated. Have pics of groups shot but can't upload. The barrel has less than 7k on it kart barrel.

    Comp shortening

I'm currently using 9.7 aa7 with a 124. I wondered if it would only be a weight savings cause once the gas is gone in whatever ports use it use it. I wanted to mainly see etsy having only vertical ports would shoot like
  8. All i have a 9 major fun that has too much comp for the gas created for the caliber would one be allowed cut the comp back a chamber or 2 for more efficiency of comp or do you think it is going to only use what it'll use and the rest is just for looks. I don't think a comp has any crown to it. Tia

    Chaos 2

Svi is pretty and they are top shelf, but eddie is on a whole other level. Still a long time to wait for perfection.
  10. Don't have pics but had a dpp and now have a romeo 1 pro much better in my opinion
  11. Same as above def gen2 sti mags, mbx will work as well my gen 2 mags have never been a problem atlas has a running video on YouTube for gen 2 mags if you have any issues but they have ran fine for me out of the box
  12. What powder do you have and then you may get some good info on a starting point or load for it
  13. His guns are worth the wait
  14. Hands down Eddie Garcia @ EMG Customs but you will have a year to year and a half wait.
  15. Disappointing for me as well, i was willing to make the 8 hr drive to grand junction but withdrew when location was moved. I love shooting but can't justify that cost to shoot nats with everything else that pulls at the finances. Flights are pricey. Wonder where it will be next year.

  18. Im assuming the file and or sanding marks as well as the beaver tail not fully blended with the grip. Either way if you love it and it shoots carry on, some smiths are very particularly with fit function and finish off their product. Reminds me of the atlas tooling marks that were creatively called something else when in reality this was just a short cut on the finishing.

    Primers

I have 7k+ of wolf srm and s&b srm they are not reliably ignited in my open guns or any other striker or hammer fired pistol so they are ar only.
  20. I have both albeit im new to 9 major and prefer 38sc pitching brass is a pain but it's worth it to me. I think if guns are setup the same except caliber there would be some benefit.
  21. For reliable ignition for those primers you'll have to up the main spring weight and maybe an extended firing pin but trigger will get heavier
