It is like .52/round and still fmj v jhp so I didn’t see it worth testing v eley at around .45/round shipped

They sold then yanked the ad i ordered one and have a tungsten polymer grip. It’s for sale if anyone is interested as a pkg deal just pm me.

If only shooting outdoors is the lead via fmj really that much more than jhp? Only outdoor shooting I don’t shoot indoors.

When is the atlas steel v2 grip coming out? I really want to add to my Limcat also tried the MPA steel open today. It was grippy but wasn’t a pinecone and was sufficient - prob more grippy than a “standard” texture l2 I had on my other open gun. It is very e2’ish and more rounded. I only shot like half a mag out of the MPA so didn’t get any draws from the holster.

I was able to run out quickly today for a brief test eley and Atlanta felt very similar. it was a bit muggy out so the Atlanta had a fireball every 3rd round which was kinda cool but also kinda annoying. both fed fine. Atlanta was slightly more accurate free hand but about the same when I steadied on a barrel since I had to zero my dot. I swapped the sro for a 507comp and love it so far. Atlanta seems to be out of stock and normal price for a case is ~$530-600 if you can get it on sale and instock! eley is always in stock and around .45/round shipped. I’ll prob just do eley

Thanks! The eley shoots super flat and it’s readily available. Atlanta arms and others never seems to be in stock for 38sc. I guess I’ll have to maybe start reloading ….

Hi guys ive only shot eley 124 grain fmj 38sc has anyone tried Atlanta arms fmj or jhp? outdoor dynamics? delta precision? how do they compare to Eley? i don’t really plan to reload so would like to keep discussion to factory options. thanks! shooting out of a Limcat middy otsrb sabercat.

They have aluminum grips w tungsten rods. Anyone buy one?

Hi there Sometimes a load doesn’t chamber in my open gun i check and notice it didn’t chmaber and rack the slide again and then its fine first hundred rounds only happened once figured I didn’t tap the back of the mag i didn’t clean it and had prob 200+ rounds theu it and it happened a few times its a Limcat and I’m using non tuned atlas mags. Shooting eley 38sc. matbe new recoil spring? Stock is 7# should I try a 8#?

I couldn’t find much info so asked my shooting buddies 18in/lb seemed pretty consistent i hit all the threads with break cleaner then used blue loctite and cleaned out the threads. also found a link to a website for trox plus heads versus those tiny hex heads I absolutely always strip. I’ll see how it holds up

I bought mine used and it didn’t have an extra plate or irons.

Do they make a rear irons sight the uses same screws as sro if it was cut for an optic?
