We have plenty of customers with over 10k rounds on slide mounted FF III's and still going.

Learn proper speeds and feeds, don't use cheap tooling. Cheap tooling doesn't cut very well and is going to make for a lot of deburring and hand finishing for you to clean up. We use high performance end mills, inserts, etc and carbide for everything except some drill bits. But that isn't practical for someone like you just doing it on the side. We have probably almost as much money in tooling as we do in actual CNC cost.

OP, what are you looking for exactly? We can mill your slide any way you'd like and our turn around is currently only about 2 weeks.

Thanks guys! Glad they fit. Trying to ensure they fit everyone's dovetail when only having one pistol to prototype from is nerve racking with tolerance stacking from Tanfoglio, etc.

Fastfire III & Vortex Venom models are done. Rest of the options will be available in the coming days - week for RMR, J Point, SHIELD Mini Sight, and Deltapoint Pro.

Ask around, you may be able to find a place who will do a single part and just add it in with someone else's parts or something.

You're probably going to have a tough time finding a shop that will anodize one part. I know the company we use for our anodizing for example requires a $250 minimum worth of parts....or they'll be happy to do a single part and charge you $250. Lol Check out our industry forum if you decide to have it cerakoted instead of anodized.
