  1. Having two slides would work, but the g19 is great for carry, but not Optimum for production. Yes, you can do it but one other option would be to trade it for a g17 As for the trigger, i have a Pyramid and like it because of the adjustment ability and the metal trigger but, i defiantly want to try out the DK Custom trigger.

    Glock 17 C ?

I agree that running major through factory glock barrel is not a good idea. If you got the 17c amd put new barrel and comp on it the slide lightening would be cool.
  3. Citadel 1911s have been excelent in my experience. You REALLY need to hold and feel one. Academy runs sales on them for 329.99. They are not just another Rock Island, the fit is much better not to mention the ambi saftey, novak sights, and bevertail grip saftey.
  4. I just built an open glock 17 and it has been reliable so far. The only problems i have had was i had to light of a firing pin spring and i was getting light strikes. Which was partly my fault, i think an extended firing pin is in my future.
  5. 40-9 conversion and 40 KKM glock 35 barrels. Would you pay 100 a piece? roughly 150 rds fired each? [Edit: not selling these these, asking about value]
  6. I would start around the 6.0 range. Getting close to 7.0 you will definatly know your shooting major.
  7. I like the 6moa. I found with the 90 degree mount, finding the dot is alittle different.
  8. Has anyone tried it yet? Can you make 40 major with it?
  9. My carver comp "snaps" down into the gen4 reducing bushing. I found no need for the loctite. Hope this helps.
  10. Mine rust when my sweaty hand touch them. In a matter of 1-2 days. Rem oil and steel wool take it if.
  11. I load 125 coated LRN at 3.6gr of TG with a 1.135 oal. It makes minor out of my lonewolf but it really is kinda flippy. Really, TG is to fast of a powder for an open gun but it does work, just not as good as some others.
  12. They are flush, im going to keep testing but im pretty sure that one holebeing alittle off caused this.
  13. Today i got a chance to do some tests. What i did first was take one of the bushings off and try it with one bushing(the bushing is what the mount hooks to). It cycled perfect with only one side of the mount tightened down. I think that one of the holes i drilled for the mount was alittle off and was twisting up the frame just enough to make it to tight to cycle. Thank you for all your help!

  15. I am using factory rounds as a control. It is a 9. Also, when i got the carver comp they said to run a 10-11lb recoil spring with minor/factory loads. I am running an 11 uncaptured recoil spring. Should i try to get a 10? Today i tested it without the SJC mount and it cycled the 2 rounds it had in the mag without flaw. Could the mount have somthing to do with it? Does anyone have a picture of the bushings for the mount installed in a glock frame? Thank you
  16. It has lone wolf barrel, sjc 90 degree mount, and carver 4 port. It ejects the empty casing but gets cought on the rim of the round in the magazine. Has anyone had this problem or know were to start? I am thinking that the recoil system is maybe rubbing the bushings of the mount?
  17. I just ground down the right side of the saftey just enough that it would rotate into that little slot.
  18. What trigger do you have in your open glock. I was looking at the pyrimid trigger. Is this a good option? Thanks
