  1. I am loading a valient 180gr lrnfp bullet at 1.131 oal length and the finished rounds wont drop in and out of the chamber of my kkm glock barrel, it acts like it is getting stuck in the rifling. My crimp is good which leads me to my question, what could be causeing this? Do i need to throte my barrel for the larger lead bullet diameter? Thanks Sorry, meant 1.131 oal
  2. How many shots will i shoot at the chronograph at a uspsa match? Will the be averaged together? Thanks
  3. I realize that it is going to smoke more than others. It will be shot out of a G35 with a KKM barrel. I do not know what oal to use.
  4. I am looking for a load for titegroup with 180gr lead rnfp. Thanks
  5. How did you knock the ring out? Thanks
  6. So if you have to fit one without any sort of machinery would you get the kkm or the Scheumann?
  7. I tried the bag trick and i can not believe how much easier it is. I guess before i was not getting lube all over the case. My oal is much more consistent. Thanks!
  8. I would say hold off on the bullet feeder until you get pased the learning curve of the 650.
  9. I would say hold off on the bullet feeder until you get pased the learning curve of the 650.
  10. I will be loading 40s&w with coated bullets? Can u adjust this die to barely take the bell out of the case? Thanks
  11. I read somthing about problems with the FCD? What are the issues? I got a set for christmas. Thanks
  12. It really is personal preference, so i will just list advantages of each. G22- knock down power, amunition avaliable in most cases were 9mm is not avaliable, the abundance of police trade in G22s make it cheaper G17- more capacity, less recoil in theory, ammo cheaper than 40, also makes a great production/ all around action shooting sports gun If i were to be in your position i would without question go with the G17 as the capacity is greater and the modern day 9mm amunition is very impressive in terms of balistics and such
  13. I have an older 35 with the i guess "plain" style extractor and it works great with my kkm 9 barrel.
  14. Priming assembly is not lined up with shellplate.
  15. I have the standard kit(the second one). It is very adjustable and has great "click" reset. I am not getting light primer strikes with winchester/federal primers using the 2lb striker spring. All in all a good trigger kit, it has a very nice aluminum flat trigger. I like the flat blocky style trigger shoe it has because the trigger saftey fully depresses into the trigger to were it is flat, unlike the factory glock trigger.
  16. I would say shoot what you have for now because you really arent going to gain a whole lot in terms of match scores with a new rifle. But this is a hobby after all, and most of the fun of this sport is buying/building/selling your gear, i would say to start piecing together an AR exactly how you want it.
  17. I shot a 21SF and the 41. I would say that there is no reason not to get the 41 unless the extra length is going to be a problem for you while you carry.
  18. I had light strikes until i switched to Winchester/Federal primers. I think rifle primers may be alittle to hard for a 2lb striker spring, which is what i assume you have installed?
  19. I have a Trophy Match in 45 but was not aware that they made it in 40?
  20. A 380 made it into my casefeeder, got primed, and then got overran by my 9 major powder charge and got powder everywhere. Was not happy.
  21. I load 9 major, 9 minor, and 40 major. I would like to just use one powder measure and switch between the toolheads.
  22. Do you have any experience with the uniquetec powder bar? Is it worth the 60 dollars? I would be buying this instead of buying another powder measure. Thanks
