i have the cm-500 i think 1000 cases would be pretty much at its limit. if i had to do it over again and went with the smaller one i would look at other brand the dillon doesnt have a lid and it makes a mess. i do the wet ss pin and it throws pins everywhere . and with dry its a dusty mess. i like all of the other dillon product that i have tried but to me this is a dud and waste of money ...

buy the time you buy another seating die your already well on your way to buying a Redding Comp Seater . at least with the redding if you change bullet profile you can always revert back to your old setting pretty much spot on if you record your setting..

the Sheridan slotted case gauge are pretty cool for rifle

i bought the dillon when i bought my xl650. i just picked up the 100rd shockbottle supermatch for 9mm works great with my reloads using the polymer coated bayou bullets. to the poster above my dillon gauge works fine with the bayou bullets which are sized to .356 . if i had to do it again i would only get the 100rd gauges. for the cost they are the clear winner 100 holes for about $90 vs 1 hole for $15- $20 you make the call.

Jdphotoguy All I did was grt the Volquartsen sear and trigger and I have a 1.5lb trigger pull . Also have bushing to get rid of magazine disconect . Think inmight have 75 at the most in the trigger.

9 or 38? I've loaded a few fmj 147 to 1350 in 38 super I have to check but I think it was 7.5 with silhouette with cci small pistol primers no signs of pressure on primers

i didnt buy none very tempted , just so i know i have something on hand since im starting to run real low . i rather get wst , silhouette , or 3n38 something that i have used and like rather then try something new and having to buy a boat load to offset shipping... i think it was over 1700 lbs when i saw it and it was going in less then 10-15min after i saw it. crazy how fast this stuff goes.

who makes a oversize fire pin stop that will fit the sti open pistols? the stock one is loose to the point the extractor will float back and forth and twist with no effort. i have a chromed gun so i like to get stainless steel if possible so it will somewhat match
