Not sure on the ipsc magwell but I went with an ICE on my single stack gun and I run ETMs. They worked but the base pad was recessed in the mag well on mine. I had trouble seating consistently so I got the Dawson pads. Work great now.

I'm using 5.0gr WST for 180 home cast and coated. Making 170ish PF out of my Apeiro. ETA- 1.145 OAL

I hadn't seen any either, then after reading this thread I found 3-4 while loading the other day. Reminds me of SPP 45 i do get small primers every now and then. I'm saving them up and I'll load them all at once for a lost brass match in some other city. That's what I'm doing, I'm going to be loading for SS Nats in the next few weeks. So if your working the match I'm sorry!

Only time I don't go is when freezing precipitation is coming down. Did that once and barely made it home. I drive 100 miles for club matches and getting in a wreck isn't worth it.

Yes it is. Mine even shoots matches from time to time.

When I shot Space City last November we could "rent" a Boy Scout for $40 each I think. My squad got 3. They were older and knew what was going on. It was nice, we just pitched in to keep things moving.

I shoot 45 in single stack with Wilson ETM's. I've never had an issue seating a mag. I'm using cast bullets loaded a lil long for 45.

I use a Springfield Operator. I've been very happy with it. Just added a magwell and an oversize mag release.

How sharp is the aggressive? Texture wise

I try to sort my .40 from my .45 before loading. Makes things go a lot smoother! It all loads the same right? Can't I use both and the same gun?

All mine is mixed. 40 and 45

Just do what you can do and nothing more. Don't over think it. They're just regular stages.

When my Apeiro came in the trigger was the only thing I didn't like about it. I stripped it down and in 30 min or so had a decent trigger. I'll quantify my definition of decent by saying I've only been competiting for a year.

We had a new shooter a few months ago and we failed to mention the importance of Virginia count. He had 5 extra shots on the first string. Luckily the score keeper was laughing so hard he forgot to write the time down. We all felt bad since we forgot to tell him.

I think the prosecutor didn't go after it to make sure he got the conviction. The death penalty has a tendency to scare some jurors on a close case involving the insanity BS. I could be wrong though.

That depends on where you live. California - 2 miles maybe. Texas - you'd have a line wanting to ride it!

The only thing I wish it had is cocking serrations on the front of the slide. I'm used to those on my 1911 and keep finding myself grabbing there. I'll probably have Jimmy cut me some one day.
