  1. No. They told me they would send one and they did. It seems to reset properly. I'll shoot it this week and we'll see. Like I said they sent the new part at once. Part of my problem was I didn't have the trigger return spring installed properly.
  2. I had issues with reset. Got hold of them and was told some of the trigger bars were out of spec. Had a new one in 2 days.
  3. Glock 34 in production and carry optics. All my carry guns are glock 9's as well.
  4. Work guns G17 and G 26. General carry G19 or the 17. Competition guns G34s, one production and one for co. I keem em the same.
  5. Anyone know if there shooting next Sun? I assume so but there a well guarded secret.....
  6. Its a great training tool, but I find that I shoot better when not messing with the camera.
  7. I've found its a great training tool. It will show how you shot the stage, not how you thought you shot the stage. Although it can be distracting when getting ready to shoot.
  8. Anyone know when this club is running its USPSA program? 3rd Sun of the month? What time if so. Their website is not exactly clear... Thanks shooters!
  9. Uhg. Production isn't broken. Lets not fix it!
  10. Can someone tell me what the big problem is? A division for a new type of gun. The horror! This reminds me of when Limited div was the big news. I remember a local match many years ago where it was said if someone doesnt have a dot and a comp they can go elsewhere! Yes that was the attidude! A slide riding dot is what the future holds for carry/duty guns. USPSA was once the cutting edge, but I guess some just want to see this as a game and game only. Or just feel threatened. USPSA should recognize something new that can be used in the real world. Perhaps the soliders using an M4 with a red dot is "welfare optics" also???? I'm sure this will piss some off, but I dont play well with others. Rant done!
  11. Last classifer match my raw time easily made master.....however then came the points down....I'll have to live with expert for a while:).
  12. USPSA has always been on the cutting edge. It wont be long before slide riding dots are common on carry or duty guns. This is what will keep bringing new members into the ranks. I remember when offering Limited divison was a hot topic.....
  13. Im in favor of leaving production alone. There is no real advantage between one gun to another imo. Level playing field, low cost compaired to other divisions, and you can compete with something you can actually carry. And yes I shoot production
  14. Hope it all works for you. I was in a unit in the Ohio ARNG, where we had support of our CO for our marksmanship team. He left and the new CO could have cared less. If we were shooting a match we werent at drill "training". Anyhow with the right CO it can work. Hope it goes well.
  15. Always crono your ammo out of your gun before a major match. I shoot Blazer brass 115gr and average 130pf out of my Glock 34. In my opinion the shorter barrel pistols are the ones with issues, but always check out of your gun.
  16. If you really want to get better, get some dry fire books and invest in a shot timer. I started practicing like this a couple years ago, and wish I had twenty years ago, dramatic difference! Anyhow see below, Steve Anderson's BS really helped me. The reason I went with his books is because he was a local central Ohio shooter at the time. Hope it helps. andersonshooting.com
