Stock 2 and 3 are more sensitive to get springs set up right so the gun will work with all primers as well.

except, I am yet to find a stock2 or 3 with the same trigger quality as CZs. Regardless of all the new parts, it is not quite there IMHO. That is not a big deal for most people, however. The extra weight of Stock 2 or 3 was a decision point for some but with extra weight of Shadow 2 that has been resolved. Shadow 2 will be much cheaper at some point in the future. Remember people were paying $1600 for Stock 2 without a problem 3 years ago.

Matt Hopkins said that he was planning on shooting Shadow 2 this season. Looks like he was expecting the gun to be added to the list in time. I hope he was correct

I am pretty sure this is the first time I see someone who wants to make the trigger heavier on a competition gun:)

The trigger on my practice Shadow is getting scary good. The gun is around 45K rounds shot by me. The round count is probably way higher since I bought it used. Plus daily dryfire... I think the hammer hook is worn out and pretty soon it will become problematic. I replace all the springs regularly. Now I feel it is time to replace the hammer as well. What is your experience with that?
