  1. I would also like to recommend SRT's Speed Comp pouches. While talking with John a couple of weeks ago, I had an opportunity to check them out. Pretty slick, I must say. Great product and terrific guy. If you are into the more "conventional" pouch, I would go with CR-Speed, I love mine. They are also really slick, yet retain the mags just fine. There is nothing wrong with Safariland. It all comes down to personal preference IMHO.

    6" Glock 24

My local retailer has one on the shelf also. For $699.99 I would like to try one out as well, it would round out the .40 collection nicely, but just can't justify buying a stock glock for $700!

    6" Glock 24

Do you care to enlighten us as to what work you have done to the trigger? I am also unable to afford such lofty expert gunwork! Thanks in advance.
  4. Here is a link about the move. http://www.sonypictures.com/homevideo/underworld/
  5. Have you heard about the sequel?
  6. I took two of Matt Burkett's classes, top notch instruction! Before the classes I was classified Sharpshooter in CDP division. After the class I made Master in SSP division and am currently A Class in Limited and Limited 10 divisions. B Class in Production. I directly attribute a large portion of the success to what I learned in Matt's classes. Thanks Matt!!!!
  7. He was probably the RO. Memories and all that. That's right, and I did really good on that stage during the match!

    New Glock Shooter

I have had that problem from time to time also. I have a real aggressive grip. But I did find a little gadget that help me transition from a 1911 to the glock. It just pins onto the backstrap area with the supplied pin, mimicking a 1911 style thumb safety. Installation is a snap! They are pretty inexpensive and worth a try. I ordered it from Brownells I believe. I couldn't find an old picture of one on my gun, but here are some pictures of another gun someone built. I have since removed it as it slowed my reloads down a bit.
  9. Here is my little cave! I like to call it the "One Stop Glock Shop". I spend a lot of time in here....

  12. Thanks for the reply and the answers to my questions, and I can understand. I will like to work something out with you guys early next year on building a gun- Thanks again!
  13. Cool- that sounds good. I may just stick with Novak right now. He does some top shelf stuff too. And I haven't gotten any responses from emails I have sent to SJC. But we will see.
  14. So what is the best way to disassemble to clean. Do you just have to relocktite the comp everytime? I bet a boresnake is your favorite tool in that case!
  15. Hate to hear that Trish. But don't let them get the best of you! You are welcome to come out to Wisconsin and shoot with us at Area 5!
  16. TruStreet- How does the comp lock up to the barrel? Is there some type of set screw, like on the KKM?
  17. Is it just me, or has "customer service", or lack there of, taken a steep decline these days?! It is really getting hard to find a company like Dillon Precision or Shooter's Connection these days! Oh and by the way, many thank you's go out to these fine companies!! We love you man!
  18. John Nagel (SJC)- 'nuff said! A picture is worth 1,000 words.
  19. When you refer to having sex with a condom "dryfiring". I also suggested to name our new dog "IPSC".
  20. I always feel refreshed after "dryfiring". And feel pretty good when I practice shooting with out live ammo too!
  21. I remember as a kid I used to "surf" here Wisconsin in all winter long. Except the surf was a big snowy hill and drifts, and the "surfboard" was a rolled up sheet of plastic called a sled! Do any Floridians know what that is?! I just hated those damn ant hills! They really wreak havok down under if you know what I mean!
