I bought a kit of the extra springs .. only about $14 and added them and they hold way better. Very important to ad r to the bottom holder but even better if you add to top and bottom. Retention is great and still easy to pull them out.

I'd wear a Taran Tactical thong for some gear at my matches. I'm just scared for everybody on the rooftop stages.

My vote for the JP. Pretty accurate whether it's cold or hot. More accurate than I'll ever be.

I was interested in what you guys use for a video camera to film your matches. Not really interested in first person but more in somebody filming you. I don't wanna spend a 1,000 on it either but maybe under $200. I'm open to suggestions. Was liking at the JVC envirio because it can be had for under a $100 and has decent reviews. Just seems like I learn more about my mistakes from watching second person.

I slap it in my dvd player and it gets me pumped before the matches. Silly I know but gets my head into gear

With my experience with vortex their customer service is awesome. They've fixed my scope and my cat tail and they treated me like I was their number one customer. Nothing but good experience

I love the way the flat bottom looks and the function of it but didn't end up using it because the jp medium contour barrel and adjustable gas block wouldn't fit. I've shot of barricades but I don't think I've shot of enough barricades to make me have to one

From the picture the weight is mounted on the frame not the slide. I don't recall ever seeing one in the slide , unless your referring to a heavier recoil rod than that's different.

I was looking at a friend's That went to a gun Smith and it looked like a lot was taken. That's why I was curious to see how much should be taken

My versamax jammed on me in the classifier yesterday and I think the shell got stuck on the extractor cut out in the barrel . I filled down some before but maybe I didn't do enough . Anybody have pics on it ? I'm going to do a radius cut on the shell lifter also to help with feeding.

Just bought a versamax tactical. Added the carbon arms tube and wow . Awesome quality ! Won't regret buying that. My buddy just bought a versamax from triangle shooting sports and they built a great shotgun too. I don't think you can lose with either .

I've tried researching online and emailing 3 gun nation. No response. . Just curious when they are going to give out the 50 shotguns , lowers and hyper fire triggers .

The bottom of the shell latch is the only part that really catches on mine, and that's the part that was interfering with loading. So the only grinding I did was on the bottom lip of the latch to make it concentric with the follower. When you say bottom lip of the latch , are you referring to the side closer to the loading port ? Gonna have to south mine out just a tad more

Anybody have any more pics ? From three pics I've seen it looks like you grind both sides of the shell catch that touches three back of the shell

If it holds up to Mr Kelley I think it's more than suitable for you.. mine is only at a 1000 and it's gotten better after a "break in". I left my geissele s3g for CMC. I did read that the geissele had some problem s with doubling but I have no validation to that complain.
