They finally got me, made the jump to Open.

New to Open. What load do you guys use and why? Powders N350 vs. HS6? why? What other powders work good in a comp gun? Thanks.

Limited A class I average around 4.20, with 90%+ points. Keep up the drill posts dirtypool40, I find it helpful.

For just shooting, I prefer the solid walls. For ROing, solid walls don't bother me. For setting up and putting away, the net walls are so much easier, and cheaper. My vote is for the opaque.

Yes the Glock rod fits, the gun ran perfect with an ISMI 13lb. spring with minor .40 loads. Just trying figure out the M&P. Buy the way the striker springs fit too.

+1 on the KKM. I have one in both my 34 and 35, great barrels. glockmeister.com carries KKM's but not the G20 .40 barrel. I don't think you'll find one for much less than Lone Wolf.

Limited "A" I find it a little faster to go near to far(faster draw), but not much. I ran it in the 2.05 - 2.20 range, with a best of 1.96(hit a .80 draw).

+1 for the Fed primers, a must for a tuned glock.

The 200's seem to have less snap and muzzle rise to me. Not a big diffrence though.

I feel that special care must be taken with new shooters. Personally, I don't think I would have DQed on the first one. The 180.... thats a tough one, I guess I would have had to been there.

Getting all the top shooters togeather for an action pistol match..... Why not just film the USPSA Nationals Super Squad?? Explain or show the COF's "3D computer diagram would be cool" before they shoot them would make it a lot more interesting IMO.

I voted Glock 34/35, but after shooting a friends tricked out CZ, I think if I was to focus on prod. class, I would look into the CZ sp01.

It seems everyone is makeing a good SS these days. If $$ not a concern, I would have to give the nod to the SV. I Shoot a Springfield Trophy Match is SS div. its a nery nice gun out of the box.

I feel that someone in better physical condition is starting off with an advantage, Be it faster off the line, changing directions, getting in and out of positions, or just a more stable shooting platform. Of course you still got to be able to shoot well, and have good mental conditioning as well.

only do a RWR if it can be done on the move, otherwise shoot to slide lock. Also, fire your makeup shot in the beginning or the middle of the array, don't shoot the make up shot as your final round putting you to slide lock. Its more Tactical that way.

for limited, its .40. The Para P1640 will serve you well for under a 1K.
