I have some from Ear Inc. I talked to them on the phone before I bought to learn the differences between the different products they offer. If assume the info would apply to any of the companies making them. Mine are hard acrylic. I wear them for 8+ hours often.

I haven't emailed them. Probably should let them know. I don't know how common it is. I've shot a lot of BBI and Bayou bullets and have never found defective bullets. Never found them in acme either until this batch.

I found a few incomplete castings in my latest batch where the base of the bullet didn't get fully formed and a couple bullets that look otherwise normal but with flat tips. These are 200gr RN .40s. I've also gotten a few what I think are 9mm bullets in the bag. Didnt measure but they look like 9mm. Not a big deal except I use a bullet feeder and the 9s drop into the case and make a mess and the incomplete bullets will drop in and seat. Not what I want loaded for a major match. This is after 3 or 4 cases without issue.

You can also set the labradar to doppler trigger instead of the regular trigger. Measured an airgun fine for me. Also measured a potato cannon.

First time shooting in the rain and i bet you'll miss kydex.

They said on facebook that the textured MSH shown with it does not fit a regular PT grip so I guess that part is proprietary.

No problem. I like the reduced weight. I wish I had mod 1 mill my factory slide instead.

Have a zev slide. Finish durability is mediocre. Rails seem to be out of spec. Customer service was terrible. I regret buying it.

I use the mitchell on my guns. I like them. Shot other people's guns using my index finger and don't like it as much.

Check your trigger bar rear cruciform engagement on the striker. Probably too much. Get one of those cut off back plates. Or make one.

How much engagement does the trigger bar have on the striker? Is it an aftermarket trigger bar, slide or striker?

I have a lot of Zev parts on that gun. Before I had the slide I though their parts were great. I never really had an issue with the quality of any of the other parts. Customer service was terrible though. It took me like 3 weeks, 3 emails and 3 phone calls to get some springs I ordered that they didn't include in my shipment. I had ordered 2 of each weight and they shipped one of each.

I tried inserting an image into a post with the IMG tags. It kept removing the first tag when I hit submit and the same when I edited it. [IMG] I thought it was my tablet so I tried editing from a computer this morning and had the same problem. This is the thread, not sure if it's something with the forum or if I'm missing something.

I have a zev longshot slide for a G35. Same thing but different slide cuts. I just have ball mill front serrations instead of another hole at the front of the slide. The machining is good. The DLC finish is nowhere near as durable as another gun I sent to Ion Bond. The slide rails seem to be put of spec. I can't run any trigger bar without bending the rear tab on the cruciform up. It's annoying and I know I'm not the only one with that issue. I don't know if it's a machining issue or a design issue. Zevs solution was to send my gun to them and they installed a trigger bar with a + stamped in it. I assume the + means its bent up to get the proper striker engagement. I couldmhave done that myself.
