  1. If you use it together with a bullet feeder than the MFB funnel works much better no more tipping bullets on index . And provides less bell( deeper but less wide ) than the dillon one , only downside it sticks a little to the case on the down strike .
  2. You don't know that maybe you would have been slower shooting major .
  3. Primers look like being fired from a Beretta , dont think this is a pressure problem . But a slightly large firingpin hole in the breech face .
  4. How did you calculate this ? Can't imagine this is right .
  5. I agree that the pin would be the best idea for sure, but not having a drill press I simply don't trust myself to make the little holes free handed. Therefore I did the shock buff as a bandaid solution until I can get my gunsmith to pin it the right way. You really don't need a drill pres to pin the safety first drill the grip safety , put a pin in it see were it markes the mainspring housing and dril a hole in there to . It doesn't have to be perfectly straight if it locks it is good .
  6. You mean buy a Cmore slideride to put on the mount ? Because that is what most of the top shooters are still using !
  7. If the casefeeder works fine with the rest of the cases that were in there , whats the problem if the last 8 don't ? Just fill up again and go on reloading .
  8. If i had enough money to buy that much 1050's i would just pay someone to do my reloading for me .
  9. I use the medium DAA backpack big enough for me for a day on the range , can take two guns + the ammo for them ( 300/400 rounds). Spare parts , mag brush , toolkit , 14 mags ear muffs ,shooting glasses and still have room to spare . And is small enough to realy use it as a backpack , i have mine for more then two years now and still looks great .
  10. If you are using the powder funnel supplied by the bullet feeder than yes it is normal that the cases stick a little . And if you mean that the bullets are falling out of the dropper if you back out the die to far than this is also normal .
  11. Ooh yes you can , i have a triggerpull of 1,5 lbs ( and can even go lower ) all with standard STI internals . A good smith can do this if he knows what he is doing .
  12. Have you already measured what COLyour barrel accepts , a buddy of mine has a new Czechmate and my reloads with COL of 1.165 work great in his gun .
  13. I use a little bit of baby oil in my thumbler , no need to extra lube cases for reloading and no need to thumble the complete rounds .
  14. nice but I'd go this one: it says 'black ops' in the name so we know it's tactical and suitable for operators. and it's pink... AND it has the word turbo in it which should increase RPH up to the 1500 mark.. at least. I give you the black ops turbo grip! only $7.99. https://www.amazon.com/Black-Ops-Turbo-Grips-110mm/dp/B00PYJINKG/ref=pd_sim_sbs_468_5?ie=UTF8&dpID=410wdgvLJwL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=M7VF247J0WS15XV4E2NH Looks more like a Hello Kitty grip to me
  15. Yes, I will have the frame drilled for an optic mount. No worry there. When not having the open top end on, I will put mount a thumb rest in it's place. I already have a Nitrofin, but having a GoGun instead would be nice. I think he means the opposite if you want to swap between a Open and a Iron sight top end you can better make the open setup with a slide mounted optic . Than you don't have to take the mount for the optic of the frame everytime you swap . Because when you do this you also have to re zero when you put it back on , and in time your mounting holes will wear out . I have had this setup and noticed i did not swap the topends because of this , now i have my optic slide mounted and now this is a breeze . I now can swap between my Open 9 , Iron 9 and Open .22 topend in less than a minute . Without having to re zero .
  16. Or you can go the d.i.y way and put some handle bar tape for a racebike on it . Available in lots of nice colours even glo in the dark green or Dillon blue .
  17. Salomon Speedcross 3 great shoe , butt for someone with wide feet maybe a little narrow . Try how they fit before you buy them .
  18. Yep it does , i use them in three of my 140 tubes in 9 major ( you need the 38 super set )only you have to make sure your spacer is fixed in your tube . So he can't work his way down into the extended base pad. I " bolted" my metal spacers in , drilled and tapped the spacer .
  19. You can put a aredondo insert in your mag this filles up the space under the ribs , works great with extended basepads . 25 reloadable in my sti 140 tubes with arredondo basepads and inserts .
  20. I do not have different presses for large and small primers , converting my press ( from small to large )takes my about 5 minutes , on a 550 you only have to swap the primer cup and let the primer bar in . So i dont think it is worth the extra money , buying a second one .
  21. I have used the mini version a while works great , filling the tubes is mutch easier than placing a bullet every time . I now have build my own collator and still use the dropper die and powder funnel that came with the mini .
  22. Seems almost like the SV's we get over here ( europe ) are different than the ones in the states . Because what Tommy says is also what we see here in holland .
  23. Mine is on a 9 major , and the one that my shooting buddy used was on a 38 super .
  24. Picking up the dot has noting to do with dot size .
  25. You can also very easy do it yourself , i did several grips with or without build ups . All you need is Sillicon gritt and the right glue .
