  1. Thanks I have been looking for these as well.
  2. Love shooting skeet or sporting clays. I use a beretta 391 handed down from pops. I typically shoot uspsa/3 gun however its just plain awesome to go out with a shotgun and blast targets out of the sky! Its so satisfying! Any shotgun will work, I was using a pump mossberg 590a1 and had no issues busting skeet. Don't get too caught up in gear til you figure out what u want to get good at.
  3. I agree completely, I have met some awesome people in this sport and always look forward to the next match.
  4. I saw some reduced round count matches 1-2 months ago but most are returning to normal. We hoarders were not going to run out and could still keep up The crisis is definitely easing up. Most ammo can be found online now for reasonable prices.
  5. Wow nice simple design. Looks like it works perfectly!
  6. I've been running the pocket pro 2 and have had no issues. I've heard the ced's don't hold up to abuse as well.
  7. haha, that sucks. Just let them dry out and get some fresh media. Next time post pictures!
  8. I've had numerous orders with MG. I've had good and ok luck with them. Let me say that USPS is the worst. They just plain out suck. They lost one of my packages during the "panic" and it took 6 weeks before they finally found it and got it to my door...missing a few projectiles where the box busted. I tried to speak with montana gold while this was going on with emails and phone calls but never heard back from them. It was usps's fault they lost it and were of no help. They opened investigations but it just had to work itself out...my guess is someone got tired of looking at the package misplaced in the warehouse and finally put it back in rotation to be delivered. My order last week went through with no issues, and I even called in to speak to someone and got someone on the phone. I know things were chaotic during the panic so I believe business is getting back on track and customer service will be better.
  9. I'd go with the trojan. I like it better than my SA trophy match. The sti is just more refined and smooth operating.
  10. Welcome! Good luck and happy shooting!
  11. fixing your dillon??? should have bought a hornady! haha kidding Welcome to the forum!
  12. I use one of these http://www.harborfreight.com/60-inch-workbench-93454.html I couldnt build one of these for this cheap. Find a harbor freight coupon and its even cheaper.
  13. Cabelas has cci small pistol primers in stock $29.99 per K http://www.cabelas.com/product/Shooting/Reloading/Reloading-Powder-Primers-Accessories|/pc/104792580/c/104761080/sc/333152280/CCI-Primers-Per-1000/731748.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse%2Freloading-powder-primers-accessories%2F_%2FN-1109591%2FNs-CATEGORY_SEQ_333152280%3FWTz_l%3DSBC%253BMMcat104792580%253Bcat104761080&WTz_l=SBC%3BMMcat104792580%3Bcat104761080%3Bcat333152280
  14. Wow those results are amazing! Going to have to consider wet tumbling, my brass is jealous
  15. Prepare for the unexpected. I've been to several matches unprepared...not enough food/water or rain jacket//tarp/umbrella. Better to have and not need than to need and not have. Hand warmers/gloves/dry clothes and multiple layers will always be in my bag this coming fall/winter season. Oh and dont forget to pack a redbull incase you get tired at the end of a long match
  16. I always shoot better when I do stage planning with a M/GM It makes a huge difference in my scores.
  17. I agree the best parts kit is a backup gun. No fuss or stress, just reach in your bag and grab the backup gun (even if its not the exact same model)
  18. Looks like an awesome out of the box shotgun!
  19. Not sure what the difference is between the stock 2 and the limited pro (I think the dust cover is longer on the stock 2) however I've been running a limited pro in production for the past year and love it as well! Makes it so hard to pick up and shoot those plastic guns now. The balance and recoil is amazing.
  20. Just ordered these...they look incredible! Cant wait!
  21. My tanfos all have a little slop in the slide/barrel fit but are all dead nuts accurate. Makes no difference to me, however I dont shoot bullseye either.
  22. That looks good, will have to try that. The GF will devour it, she puts jalapeños in everything...including her beer. No limes for her, bring the heat!
  23. Looks all shiny and new! You will love it, I love mine...I use mine mostly for 3 gun Its my favorite pistol. Enjoy!
  24. Maybe a break is what you need. Seems like a lot of training going on (pressure/anxiety) Maybe take a few days break and recharge the batteries. Follow up with one of your other passions and come back refreshed. I could see a drastic change in diet causing issues. Just make subtle changes to your diet and your body will gradually respond rather than freak out with a complete diet change. No need for drastic measures unless you're a ufc fighter thats been pigging out and needs to make weight

    Bill Drill times

Shot this "bill drill" for the first time today in practice and managed a 2.35 all A's I'm a B class production shooter that rarely practices (just shoot a couple local matches per month). Props to you guys that have this drill well under 2 secs. I'm gonna get to that point one of these days! Thanks for the inspiration!
