Has anyone tried this with the springer mag release? I may have one that I can get for cheap rather then messing up my factory release.

Finally took out the legion and in less than 100 rounds I had a visible streak up the window of the deltapoint from the LCI hole, bummer. Guess I’ll just have to remember to wipe it every stage. Other than that this gun is amazing to shoot. Even with my open minor Ammo that runs around 145 PF it was a breeze to shoot. We also had a local stage+classifier match tonight and a buddy forgot his holster for limited so I let him borrow the legion and shoot CO, now he says he wants to buy TXG grip modules for all his 320’s. Lol

That's pretty unfortunate that a big company is having so many issues and will put the cost to send in a defective product onto the customer. I have had pretty good luck with the deltapoints that I have had, one was on a shotgun, side dot on an open rifle, one on a PCC that is now getting moved over to the x5 legion. The girlfriend has also had one on her PPQ Q5 and has held up over the last year and a half probably in the 3000-4000 round mark. All in all it seems like a bit of a crap shoot as to whether or not you get 10000 rounds or less than 1K before it craps out.

Are they sending you RMA labels to ship back or are you having to foot the bill to send it in? I was told I had to send in my LCO if I wanted them to fix it, kinda s#!tty for a $600 optic

The new silencer co maxim 9 was introduced and it has a non reciprocating front sight since it has a fixed barrel, while I doubt silencerco would go through trouble of getting it approved I wonder if it could be legal in production. Probably not carry optics legal since the dot would attach to the fixed portion of the slide/barrel.

I run it for 40 major as well and I have been getting a consistent 174 PF with 5 grains and I bumped it to 5.1 and was getting 177 PF in Alaska at 45 degrees and the same down in Florida at IPSC nats at 95 degrees and a ton more humidity. I'll probably stick with the 5.0 load since I don't need to beat my gun up that much.

I'm running 3.6 gr at 1.1" with a black bullets 135gr and its been running 128PF, seems pretty decent but I am planning on switching to 125's from gallant so I'll see what it takes for that to make power. I'm guessing it'll be just shy of 4 grains

So what I'm seeing is if you get dropped to minor you're free to load 10 rounds because per the rules you can shoot SS minor 10 whether or not you declared major because at that point you are shooting minor and minor SS allows 10 round mags. The rub lies in whether or not you're bumped to open for having too many rounds in the gun with your given declared power factor (i.e. scoring/capacity). Think of this, if you put extra rounds in the gun (declared major and have 9-10 in a mag) and aren't caught would this be cheating or just an accident and move on? Also, If a person were to shoot a couple stages and see a distinct advantage in stage design for additional rounds in the mag could they just go up to the RO and say, 'hey I'm going to shoot minor now' and load their mags up to 10 (if possible) and continue the match as minor SS with the same gun?

Osage county guns has them listed in their site for 250 with magwell and weight and 209 without. Way better price than the SSI grip. Also I have been mulling over the idea to make a little open 3-gun/steel pistol using one of these slides and a TXG grip esenntially like the photo but with the the pro slide and txg grip. Could be badass

And the $200 savings might have something to do with this being a more popular choice too... lol

I’m probably just going to talon/grip tape mine for now so I don’t do anything permanent until I’m certain it’s going to stay with me for the long term. I’d rather not have to buy a $200 grip module if I don’t have to later on.

I’m surprised you couldn’t just use the legion grip and say it’s a legion, especially now that you can have an aftermarket trigger, more stippling, and a whole bunch of other upgrades . Seems backwards to not allow a factory available option grip just because it weighs more considering how much other BS they have allowed. Guess people will just shoot a $1500-2000 steel gun instead.

Were we on the same squad? That's exactly what happened to me, then I stood there waiting for it to fall and wound up eating the FTE's and mikes and zeroed the stage. Florida has not been kind to me. haha

I picked up the 6 moa version right when it came out and I don't believe they changed the design on that model, That should work perfectly for my set up. Thanks

wow, I'm surprised it doesn't contact the extractor with that length considering the deltapoint uses a 15.8mm screw. Thanks for the info!

I'm guessing 12mm is for the DPP, does anyone have a length for the Romeo1?
