  1. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31zyunoR6gL._SL500_AA300_.jpg this has to be the coolest hat!
  2. AA2230 is almost identical to TAC There both made by western powders
  3. You've got to use the 175gr bullets going 1900fps to make major PF in a 16 in barrel.
  4. I am always a day late and a dollar short!
  5. To go mainstream i think sponsorship would be the key element! You would need companies like RedBull, Monster, Nike, Oakley, Activision etc. to get involved in this sport.
  6. Were you shooting Major or Minor power factor...my guess would be minor. And yes, that is ok. The problem arises when you load Clays to major PF with short OAL. Minor in G35 is like cheating. I was getting around 928fps with 4.0gr of Clays with oal 1.135. It barely makes Major but that was the whole point of using it! The plated bullets won't do it they run 20-30fps slower, I use the moly-coated lead bullets only, and these are the only lead bullets I use in a glock barrel. Maybe the slippery moly coat bullets keep the pressure down enough, but I don't know! I got this load out of Lyam's reloading book. Your results may vary!
  7. I have shot over a 1k rnds in the last year using clays with 180gr lead. All were oal 1.135, most were shot through a G35 too. I didnt know there was a issue with clays or I would'nt have even bought it. I got this load out of a reloading manual too!
  8. Is the rifle chamber marked .223 or 556 ?
  9. I have 4 of these mags and they all nosedive really bad and thats with both caspian spring followers and the gram set up too. How much do you trim off of the feed lips and what kind of dimensions?
  10. I have been using 23.5gr of Varget with the 75gr and getting 2612fps out of a 18in barrel. I've switched to 25.0gr of TAC now i am getting 2828fps out of the 18in barrel. That load is for NATO/5.56 chambers only! I am using LC brass, CCI smr primers, and 2.260 oal. Both loads are more accurate than me!
  11. The only reason i havent messed around with this, is the barrels. I want a 18, or a 20in to play with! I think i could make a million dollars if i could just stretch the AR magwell a half inch longer. All the possibilities of new cratridges! sorry just daydreaming!
  12. I use a 18 Noveske, the Hornady 75gr BTHP with 23.5gr of TAC seems to be a spectacular combo for me!
  13. Try My link this place they are always pushing the envelope.
  14. You gotta see these! http://biggeekdad.com/2010/06/top-10-jumps/
  15. i love it! I love it! should of been done 10-15 years ago, but... now that you can get caspian mags an eaa mags seems like a wasted effort.
  16. This was during the ammo shortages. Marines asks do you have any 45acp ammo- gunshop owner says i don't have any, but it you really need some I have some in the back for another customer but I have to sell it to you for $38.99 a box for winchester white box 230gr ball 50rds. My customer wont pick it up for 2 days, so i can sell it to you for $38.99 a box of 50rds. And get more before he comes to pick up his ammo. Marines looked at each other then bought 2 boxes. Same sh!t from wal mart for like $17
  17. These guys might have a good class on the shotgun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1XCv0X6SqUg"]My link[/url]
  18. I have always used 38 super dies to load 9mm with no problems. I think they feed better. The 38 super dies size down to .384 at the base as the 9mm die sizes down to .391 at the base. It takes care of that bulged casing very nicely. But hey, don't listen to me.
  19. I used a 14lb recoil spring with 3 coils snipped off. 19lb main. 178 PF
  20. I think Bevin Grams said he only uses wolf springs, but that was at least 8 yrs ago when i bought spring an follower combos from him.
