technically you can shoot your pistol with a brace in open division, just have to come up with a safe holster.

According to shootersnotes.com which uses the powley computer formula, powder gases equal about 8% of the recoil. for a 115gr 9mm bullet going 1152fps from a 8.5in barrel. So i would have to say muzzle brakes on 9mm carbines are just fancy thread protectors!

Pretty sure its when you couple two seperate mags together, not when you make one big mag.

light mod is the way to go,

I seem to have a oddball rifle, its a cmmg mk3 cbr with a rifle length gas system 16" long barrel. It seems to run smooth to me.

It's silly really, even the quietest 556 cans are still around 130db's. We have 20-30 shooters shooting .22's in steel challenge matches which are quieter I think. Never had issues with the timers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'd go with the 300blk you can get away with just swapping the barrel, any GI mags work fine. 110gr, 150gr bullets and anything in between work wonders!
