My app is filed out and ready to mail off Monday, I was down last year a little cold but good, June should be better this year.

Almost sound like the barrel lugs are to high or too long of a barrel link and the barrel is dragging on the slide, try it with just the frame, slide and barrel and no other parts and see what happen.

I'm looking at replaceing the barrel in my backup gun. What reamer should I us for a 38 Super, the 38 super Nowlin or 38 Super Nonte, I will be using 38 Supercomp brass.

Bill if you are flying Alaska Air line they will let you take 50lbs. of ammo for Domestic travel and for pistol i think it was up to 5 in a hard case.

Two month back I switch over to the DAA Racemaster and love it, it's solid and fast, after trying four other type over the years, pick one up one and don't look back.

When I start using a black sharpie, by making a mark a round the noise of the bullet all my problems when away, that way the start and stop timer see the bullet.

My gun go in one case and my ammo go in my other bag with my clothes and in all the year of flying no one has ever ask to see the ammo or ask how much I had, I just tell them what bag it is in and they say ok.

I us the 100 count blue Dillon boxes and never had a problem, and I only fly Alaska Airlines because they lets you carrier up to 50 lbs. of ammo for domestic travel and 11 lbs. for internationals travel.

I know you said the same load, but are you using the same lot of powder, they do varies form lot to lot.

10' has work just fine for 9MM to 50BMG for me.

Any word on stages yet or round count, so I would know how much ammo to bring with me.
