Is there something I can do to get the poll to work?

I recently aquired a new 9mm major open blaster. I already have a couple extra toolheads and stands for my 550. im going to order another set of dies and a powder measure so i dont have to mess with my 9mm minor toolhead. I've got dillon dies for 45acp and 38 Super. I've been using lee dies for 9mm, 40, etc. I was going to just order another set of Lee dies for the 9mm major tool head, but i thought i would ask if anyone on here if anyone had any opinions about the Lee dies with 9mm Major. I don’t mind spending a little more to get Dillon dies or the redding if there is a valid reason to do so. Thanks in advance.

I just had my WST loads run across the chrono at the South Carolina Sectional. They made 170pf with 4.75grns out of my STI Trojan

I'm very happy with 4.5 gns of WSF behind a bayou 124.

You score minor but the extra 2 rounds does give you an advantage. That gun would also work great for steel challenge or IDPA ESP. I have a 9mm 2011 that I dont shoot at a lot of matches because it scores minor. Going from 18rnds to 20rnds is not as big of a deal as going from 8 to 10. I end up shooting single stack with my 45 Trojan because of it.

I wear. 38 pants and use a 44 belt. A 42 would probably work fine too.

Why are so opposed to the manual indexing of the 550.? That square deal sounda like a deal.

How easy is it to push the first round out by hand. It might help to smooth up the feed lips on your mags.

Keep in mind the drop and offset is not legal for ESP. I prefer the comp tac belt holster over the blade tech.

4.7 -4.8 of WST is the best load ive tried.

I started out with a bladetech holster for my trojan. I ended up giving it to a friend and bought a comp tac belt holster. I like the comp tac much better.

My friend figured out a good solution. He went and traded the fnp for another 1911. Problem solved. Have you checked on getting a lighter spring for it?

I'm running the dawson basepads on tripp cobra mags. Works great.

Have you had trouble with them or do you just not like having to switch over primers? I normally save them up and when i have the small primer setup in my press from another caliber load them up. Ive used them at matches before without any problems. They are a pain to sort out but i've not seen any downsides.

My friend had an fnp45 that WWB wouldn't even cycle reliably. His had an incredably strong recoil spring.

My vote would go to just drill and tap the reciever on the one you have. I prefer the mk ii's over a mk iii anyway. You can disable all the bs on the mkiii but its still doen't get as good of hammer / sear engagement and you'll end up with a lot of extra crevasses to have to keep clean.

My favorite is a Kahr PM 9. Its nice to be able to just stick it in your front pocket if you dont feel like wearing a holster.
