  1. Just an update on the Steak dinner for the competitors on Saturday night ---- Every e-mail (to fb3gsponsorship@gmail.com) since 11 NOV 09 regarding the Saturday night dinner has been accounted for. After 5 days of posting it, we already have a good showing - and thats why I apologize for not e-mailing all back a confirmation. Consider this your confirmation. Thanks folks
  2. squadding will be just like last year's. all the juniors will be squadded based on class and ability.
  3. I say, just shoot your best where ever you are and whoever your competition is. If it's at a club match with classifiers, and it pushes you to GM - great! If you're at an area match or nationals, and you shoot a GM score - even better! Although the GM card is highly sought after and prized, its only how you feel about your performance on that given day and match that matters. You're an awesome shooter, and don't let anyone or anything hold you back. An achievement is an achievement - and regardless of what anyone says, you'll earn your GM card when you're ready. I was 15 when i made M in Limited - and 16 when I made GM in open --- and I'm still working my butt off to get to the next level. Considering how long its been since I've accomplished that goal of making GM - it seems so insignificant when compared to my next goal --- winning the nationals. Keep setting higher and higher goals
  4. Try this out http://www.juniorshootercamp.org/ We'll see you all there
  5. Hey BJ - I know we've talked about it on and off for the last month, and I still remember what you told me when I asked you exactly why you wanted to join. Your answer was probably one of the most honorable and selfless things I've heard from anyone at such a young age. Congratulations on your decision, and we'll keep in touch in the coming weeks before you ship out. See you soon
  6. If I'm not mistaken, shooting starts at 8am for Friday morning? I'm guessing registration is just before that. Can someone lead me in the right direction? thanks.
  7. Correction on the hotel info. Holiday Inn Express - N Columbus 7336 Bear Lane sorry about that I was in a rush this morning use the fb3g as reference for room thanks Lee
  8. Sorry for the late notice on the Match Hotel info. The team has been at Fort Hood all week. Match Hotel Holiday Inn Express (North Columbus) 2800 Manchester Expy, Columbus GA 31904 877-786-9460 Rate: $109 per night + taxes Rooms blocked - cut off date 11 Nov 09 Rooms will go fast just like last year.
  9. Updated FB3G Sponsors Page. Sponsors and potential sponsors, please refer to this page for the sponsor letter and sponsor agreement. Sponsored shooters MUST still register online, whether you make it or end up on the wait list, it would ease the registration process. If you have any questions regarding sponsorship, please contact me at fb3gsponsorship@gmail.com Again all match related questions needs to still go to match director, Aaron Hampton at fb3gunmd@gmail.com Thanks and see you soon! DMAC

  12. Hey everyone! The 2008 Fort Benning 3-Gun Challenge is over! Final results are posted here. Thanks and please let us know your thoughts on the match.
  13. Daniel Horner in production is looking REAL good - Adam Tyc is only 127 points ahead of him with 475 match points remaining. Daniel has 605 points remaining. (130 point difference). It looks like its going to be a horse race in production as well. The rest of the team is doing awesome as well. Brad, Max, and KC ---- 2nd, 3rd, 4th in open Travis - 2nd in standard
  14. The 2008 FB3G is near - please be patient as we continue to organize the match. As Linda has previously mentioned, most of the team is at the World Shoot (dominating). They will be back next week, but allow us to recoop and we'll be rolling again in no time. In the meantime - forward any match-related questions to me and Linda. Thanks! -DMAC
  15. I would recommend bringing all kinds of clothes for Ft. Benning. Even now, the temp can be as high as the upper 70's and as low as upper 30's - and it's still October.
  16. Sponsors - if you have not received an e-mail from me or SFC Hampton in the last few days - please contact me ASAP. FB3GUNMD@gmail.com The sooner the better. Thanks!
  17. Here is a link to the USAMU pro tips from Shooting USA. Travis Tomasie speaks about shot-calling on one of his segments. http://myoutdoortv.com/pdk/web/shooting.ht...u85cQQt0fFcjTQ_
  18. If it's not too much trouble, Max and I are asking people who took photos of us @ the Florida Open to share their pics. Since we were right after another on the shooting order, it was impossible to take photos of each other as we shot. We need them for work and we would appreciate if anyone could help us out! Thanks everyone! Please forward the e-mails to lee.dimac@gmail.com
  19. Coming to the last stage of the match, I knew that it was Max's kind of stage (stage 12). It was his, and not only did he outshoot eric by at least half a second, he only dropped 3 points. He's definitely the best shooter I know out there while under pressure. It was a blast watching my teammate do what he does best. Army Strong!
  20. Thanks Lynn... Wow that was ridiculously careless of them. KC's not too thrilled about it either. We get mistaken for one another all the time, and we're getting tired of it. For those wondering. KC and I are not related in ANY WAY.
  21. This rumor is untrue. John Amidon and Jay Warden (RO for stage 9) decided that there was a misinterpretation of the stage briefing which led to the option of a reshoot.
  22. =\ sorry again.... where exactly? match hotel? (which one) or @ the range? been too dependent on the internet - didn't choose to write it down (or remember it)
  23. This is probably dumb of me to ask so late, but since the uspsa-nationals website is down.... does anybody remember/know when and where registration will be held?
