If the holes go up past the trigger bar I guess it could be the issue. It sound like the issue is the trigger itself its out of shape or the back corners are getting hung up in the frame.

Take the trigger out of the gun and try it with your mags.

It all depends on how flat you want your gun to be. Ported barrels are flatter then comps alone.

The CK grip has two sizes of magwells. They come in regular size and large hand size. They ate working on an idpa magwell.

I am glad I am not alone on the Grendel .264 seesaw. I thought I had made my mind up and then read something else. I am now leaning more towards the 264. and the BHW barrel.

The 6.5 and the 264 are not exactly the same. I still have not decided if I care if I get one over the other.

BHW does not list the Grendel chamber. Their LBC guns do not come with the bolt. Most Grendel barrels do.

The accuracy was good? Fit and finish?

I am looking for a Grendel barrel. Have any of you folks used Underground Tactical barrels?

I want a 6.5 upper for my AR while I was looking for the parts I found complete uppers from these folks. Have any of you heard of them before? Thanks

You are not wrong. The mods are asleep at the switch. Intent This Forum is for firearm, technique, and conceptual discussions pertaining to training and competition. (And various unrelated topics.) I am not interested in reloading for the gun. I can but the store bought stuff is good enough for me.

I thought about just using the 223 but want something a little heavier. I have read a bunch of the 6.5 is better then the 6.8 .300 threads.

I want to deer hunt with an AR-15. What should I chamber it in? I live in the north east a 200 yard shot would be a long one. I am currently dragging around a Winchester model 70 in 30-06 around. It weighs a ton.

I use Dawson with no issues.

Break it down into chunks. Once you have each part worked out start doing the entire draw. Just do it no par time required.
