My dillon 550 223 loads are sub moa out to 300 yds. Good enuf for me.

AA2230 with 24.9 for 55NBT and 23.8 for 69 SMK. No compression at all.

Be careful with compressed loads. Trying to use one powder like varget will get you in trouble.

Tighten the mag tube, then loosen it at the nut, not at the end of the existing mag tube. Bout 1/4 turn is all you need. Then, tighten clamp. Little give in the mag tube makes no stress on barrel. Put clamp in same place every time and the POA/POI won't change.
