  1. to play in this division.. is there an optic mount I can use on an XDM.. that doesn't make an exterior alteration to the pistol?
  2. I have an 8 and a 10 round tube, ordered the coupler and 5 round extension.. so I'll try to get the 15 working first then the 13 if the 15 doesn't..
  3. Easy question, the "Numbering" what does it look like, and if I order 3 basepads, how do I specify the numbering in the textbox? Also. .any chance you'll make a 170mm length basepad?
  4. zmanktm - funny - u typed that as I was typing - I have a few months until the next open match to try things out - I'll let you know - we're you having issues with the 1st or last round in the tube, or just random? Mark - did you ever try for more than 13? or am I just being greedy?
  5. ok - probably a noob, but Do I just order: MXT Extension Tube Coupler Plus Extension - for ~$50 (and pick whatever size I want?) It's just cheaper than I expected - so wondering if I'm missing something
  6. If this wasn't Nigeria.. I'm sure it'd would be good to go Dear Friend, I am Dr.Dom Clark, the Assessment Director,Central Bank of Nigeria.I just resumed work in this bank not long ago,as I have to contact you for this assistance. In the course of my routine checks concerning abandoned files in my department,I stumbled into an abandoned payment file bearing the same surname with you, worth Six Million,Five Hundred and Sixty Thousand United States of America Dollars(US$6.560,000.00). This payment file has stayed for a long time,as no one knows about this information except me and you.I want to seek your permission if we can be partner as you will stand as the next of kin to this payment file since you are bearing the same surname in the payment file. The money will be for our mutual sharing,as it is free from drug and money laundry. If you are interested, get back to me,so that I will give you complete requirements I need from you for the processing. Anticipating your response. Dr.Dom Clark Assessment Director, Central Bank of Nigeria Abuja-Nigeria.
  7. See.. I didn't even know they had that.. thanks Any ideas for the spring for a 15 round tube? Is the Nordic spring they have, long enough and cut to 12" past the tube?
  8. A Nordic.. not exactly sure which one it is looking at their site.. I've had it for a number of years it's 16" from the end to the barrel nut
  9. About twice a year, I shoot in a match that scores everyone as open (typically night matches) Looking for an easy/reliable 13-15 rounds capacity mag tube if possible.. Mine will hold 10 now.. and these matches, at least so far, there's no issues with tight quarters What options for a tube and magazine combo are out there?
  10. Maybe add an other? Some people running Remington 1100s, Akdal, Firebird, Saiga, etc
  11. SMM3G has done it both ways. More often with the 1/2 day format I think, which I prefer... I don't see the point only shooting every other time period, unless travel was really needed You might PM those guys But you can see from responses, some people like alternating, some don't
  12. Where did you get that spring? Tia.. Dave
  13. Nice.. lots of shooting in Montana, but you have to drive a little Interested in 3 Gun matches, pistol only or both? What part of the state are you in?
  14. The BBC really understands some types of shows better than the American networks.. this is a good example Others are 'Inspector Morse', 'Endeavour' (a prequel to Morse)
  15. Anyone tried the electric Airsofts? like this: http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/AEG_AEP_Tokyo_Marui_Boys_Series_EBB_Tokyo_Marui_EBB_Combat_Delta_Black.htm >> A Infinity style electric blowback pistol from Marui. Uses 4 AAA alkaline / rechargeable batteries like the other EBBs in Marui's lineup. Slides moves back on each shot. Semi-auto action. Has fixed hop-up for up to 25 meters of travel. Stick type magazine is removable and reloadable. << It would be really nice not to have to think about any gases at all
  16. from the USPA FAQs.. >>> Can you sign me up as a senior? Do I get a senior discount on my membership? New life members aged 55 or over may take a $150 discount leaving a dues payment of $350. Proof of age is required. Competitors aged 60-65 may register for matches as senior. Those 65 or older may register as super senior. There is no “senior” membership. <<< Did the senior class age change again.. it used to be 50.. then 55.. now 60? the 2014 rulebook still shows 55
  17. I don't think this took long..
  18. Any recent experiences with AEP pistols?
  19. Wish I could blame the humidity. First stage Saturday, I was first shooter. Looking through the optic, I could not find the targets, they just seemed to blend into the sand, and enough muzzle flash or dust.. they were ghost targets If there's no magic light, I think just being ready to shoot laser only, would have saved me a boat load of time.. after the beep, it just wasn't part of my inept plan to start with I thought about putting a light on the spool, of course after I shot too
  20. Anyone have suggestions for gear that worked on the rifle portion of Stage 8? I thought I didn't have enough light (100 lumens), so mine could not punch through the muzzle blast then dust? I ended up using just the laser, but that was something I should have practiced ahead of time Also - great ROs all around.. you made the match.
  21. Nice.. no real interest, but I can't see how trying it out matters. If everyone in a match was in a different division - who cares? I always look at overall anyways, as long as people are enjoying themselves.. why care what they shoot?
