  1. Went to the range again today. Best run of the day 4.90 down 5.
  2. I practiced by myself today and tried to learn something. I did one drill, the El Prez. I did it 56 times. My best run was 5.43 clean. My fastest run was 4.69 but I was down 21. I went over the numbers with Jake and he said I did O.K. He gave me homework and told me to go back tomorow. The man is brutal. PS I love my Razorcat!
  3. Good luck Benny. I hope everything works out for you. I'm thinking about getting Lasik. I need my reading glasses to read almost everything nowadays. Getting old sucks.
  4. B's to the left of me, B's to the right, here I am, stuck in the middle with you. B class has to be the hardest to get out of.
  5. I shot Saturday morning and was squaded with Eric Budd. It was my first time shooting the match and my second ever all steel match. I found out for steel you have to be fast and accurate, so I was completely out of my element. It was also the first time my wife accompanied me to a match. She won the cash raffle and had a good time setting steel and getting brass. Thanks to all the RO's the match went very smooth. I will definitely be there next year.
  6. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. My father had a severe stroke last year so I can relate. PM me as much as you like and need. Stew
  7. What loads are you using for your Razor? Have you worked up a load for steel? Stew
  8. All right I will. I shoot a Limcat Razorcat and love the gun to death. Shoots a lot softer than my Infinity Open Masterpiece, which was too snappy and way too loud. I found myself flinching and could never get comfortable with the gun and lost my mojo for a while. The Razorcat is extremely reliable, I've put about two thousand rounds thru it without a failure since I got it back from hardchroming. It's fast cycling but soft shooting. Trigger is very light and crisp with a very short reset. It balances well in my hand and swings nice. My scores have increased dramaticly since I started shooting this gun. The proof is in the pudding. http://www.obcats.com/obcats-scores/2007-0...20divisions.htm
  9. There are other forums? Go figure!
  10. Excellent! I wish you all the best in your new position.
  11. Dan I am so sorry for your loss. My wife and I have no children as well so we are mommy and daddy to a miniature poodle named Pepe. They become true members of the family. Remember the good times. Stew
  12. Always wear clean underwear in public, especially when working under your vehicle. From the Northwest Florida Daily News comes this story of a Crestview couple who drove their car to Wal-Mart, only to have their car break down in the parking lot. The man told his wife to carry on with the shopping while he fixed the car in the lot. The wife returned later to see a small group of people near the car. On closer inspection, she saw a pair of male legs protruding from under the chassis. Although the man was in shorts, his lack of underwear turned private parts into glaringly public ones. Unable to stand the embarrassment, she dutifully stepped forward, quickly put her hand UP his shorts, and tucked everything back into place. On regaining her feet, she looked across the hood and found herself staring at her husband, who was standing idly by. The mechanic, however, had to have three stitches in his forehead.
  13. I have more information on more bills and a form letter that you can send to the politicians. You can read the following bills by going to the link below. Search by bill for the 2007-2008 Regular session and put the bill number precedded by "hb" example hb 18. Then select text to read the bill. http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/session.cfm Form letter; Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, I am writing to you in order to urge your opposition to what is nothing short of the most frightening attack on our civil rights I have encountered in my lifetime. Specifically, I refer to these pieces of proposed legislation: House Bill 18 - Limit on Firearms and and ammunition House Bill 22 - Limit on Handgun Purchases House Bill 23 - Philadelphia-specific One-Gun-A-Month law House Bill 25 - Philadelphia-specific ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN House Bill 28 - Philadelphia-specific limitations on firearms House Bill 29 - Lost Firearms House Bill 30 - Assault Weapons Ban I'd like to draw your attention to provisions in house bill #30 which are egregious. This attack on our civil rights patently violates article 21 of the constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which states: Right to Bear Arms Section 21. The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned. I believe this document is meant to be relied on to protect the rights of the citizen in the commonwealth, however the legislators introducing this legislation clearly do not, and thereby violate their oath to support and defend it. It then takes the civil rights attack forward, and introduces language that literally legislates the Pennsylvania State Police into the homes of citizens without warrant, or probable cause, to conduct "Compliance checks." To what other end must I forecast and tolerate the presence of government force in my home? In your home? Not only do I insist that you oppose this legislation, but I ask you in the name of the constitution that we are both sworn to uphold and defend to take the additional step of exercising the full power of your office to bring these egregious violations of our rights to an immediate, early, and certain defeat, such that the entire chamber is not forced to sully itself with the issues specified in them, in black & white. Please respond to me with your opinion on how quickly this legislation will meet its defeat, and how you intend to address it legislatively. I thank you for your continued hard work, and tireless support in ensuring that government works for the citizens of the commonwealth, instead of against us. Sincerely, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX PS I VOTE!
  14. I've blow a full stack of Federal primers with my 650 in my reloading shed. You bet I wear my glasses.
  15. Pa residents enter your zip code and it will tell you who your legislators are. Click their link for their address and phone number. Calls are good, letters are better. Pa legislators http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/...tives_alpha.cfm
  16. copied from another board... Get off the couch and make those calls and make the phone ring. And while your at it let them know we want an investigation into these %##&$. I ask that anyone on the forum call harrisburg. I will get numbers and let them know what we think. I feel you will all get a fuzzy warm feeling letting the state police come into your home once a year to do checks. Read the bill carfully, its also bans auto pistols, shotguns and magazine fed BOLT GUNS! HOUSE BILL 30 ASSAULT WEAPON BAN http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/...030&pn=0055
  17. Obviously you were not in your "Ninja Sleep Mode."
  18. Kal, Don't worry, the ball bearing is self evident. It sits precariously on the side of the collator waiting to roll where you can't find it. Don't loose it as they say you shouldn't run the machine without it. I drove twenty miles this morning to get more ball bearings.
  19. I had two 650's. Bought a 1050 and wow. Bought another 1050 and a kiss bullet feeder. Double wow. Sold one 650, the other is for sale and I'm going to get another kiss bullet feeder with the money. so my answer is 2 1050's with kiss bullet feeders and you'll never go back. You might not have money for bullet fixuns bu you'll have a damn fine setup.
  20. I just set up my KISS and lost the friggin ball bearing already! I'm going to have to design a little cage. Serious design flaw.
