  1. I looked at those two. Isn't the Brazos a little cheaper? Both are comparable in set up. I was going to go Brazos but decided to shoot the Glock for another year and save my penny's. Though I'll probably order one next year
  2. That's exactly what I am now using. Only had if out for one outting with the new spring and rod. I liked the feel of it
  3. I had the same experience as Austin. Had to put the stock trigger spring in because it wouldn't reset
  4. Thanks for the notice. FYI. The range is in Danville. The address is 26355 Jelloway Road. About an hour and a half from Columbus. I'm going to check it out
  5. It took a long time for mine to finally show up. It is a nice product though. I haven't had a chance to use mine, I have a Mark Otto rig I've been using lately
  6. Thanks, I'll probably go with a Zev if I can't get a used one off the forum. Maybe Ill order one of each spring. And I'll probably end up picking up another Dawson extension. What followers are people running to get the 20th round in and usable. Thanks
  7. Thanks can you get 20 in them and is it usable?
  8. Looking to get a Tungsten guide rod for Glock 35 limited gun. I see a lot of posts on guide rods, but not any that discuss which is the best value. I know Zev, lone wolf and top Glock all make them any thoughts. Also, I need one more mag extension. I like the Dawson, but can only get in 19, I have an Arrenando and it's ok, but I like the metal versions better. Has any anyone tried Taylor. What do you think of it? I was thinking of giving one a try Thanks
  9. I'll come shoot it. It's only a couple hours for me and a great cause.
  10. Same I can get 20 in them, but not reload. I use 19 in mine to ensure reliability
  11. Puma I had the same problem. I ordered the EVO QD sling attachment and stud from Sampson. For the rear stock. I just looped it under the buffer tube. It wasn't quite to the butt of the rifle but it didn't feel too bad. Here are a couple photos
  12. Bryan thanks for the advice. Probably wouldn't hurt my score too bad and I'd get a good meal
  13. I put Heinies on mine. Whatever fits a factory Glock slide should fit the AA LE conversion
  14. Figures the chicken and dumplings came up. They were always out by the time I got there for lunch. Hope to make this match again. I had a blast last year even though I shot terrible.
  15. Chuck thanks for the advice. Good thing is I normally shoot my 35 which has heinies. I'll let everyone know if the Dawson adjustable clears
  16. Thanks. I ordered one yesterday. Nice to know I made the right decision.
  17. Thanks Clint. Actually I called both firms today and was told the Safariland wouldn't fit my glock with Dawson adjustable sights. Front sight is too high. Going with the Bladetech
  18. Looking to get myself a retention holster for this years three gun season. Had a guy in my squad DQd when his pistol fell out of his holster this year at the FNH and figured I didn't what that to happen to me. Been doing some research and have seen two predominantly mentioned Safariland and Bladetech. I would like to use it for 3 gun and also plan on shooting some USPSA this year. I am considering the Bladetech WRS Duty DOH ASR and Safariland 6280. I have a CR Speed Belt and shoot either a Glock 35 or 34. The 34 has Dawson adjustable sights and the front is a .285 so its higher than normal. Anyone have thoughts on which one might be better for my purpose or they prefer? Thanks
  19. It was someones lucky day on the wait list. I gave up my pro registration since somehow I was fortunate enough to get registered for both pro and am. Figured I would try for both in case I got closed out of one. Good luck new Pro number 7 registration.
  20. That seems high in price. I thought they were around $1200 new. I purchased mine slightly used. Haven't shot it yet. But it does feel nice
  21. I am in. Going to try mine at a local match this year. Wonder if they have a Tac Optics M1? LOL I have a Leupold Scout Scope on mine. Vision isn't the greatest anymore.
  22. Puma I am in the same boat. Can't wait to get some rounds through mine though. I like the way it feels, and the trigger, fantastic!
  23. I ve personally stuck with third gens because I had a few before they came out with the fourth gen. Wanted to keep everything consistent. Also no teething problems. Just bought a factory refurbished third gen 34
