  1. That Caylor gun is indeed sweet, and a good deal. I'm sure Mr. Finney would be GLAD to sell it to you.
  2. **Update*** The application form can now be found on the Area 4 website. Mike
  3. Jake, If you don't mind me asking, who are those 3? I have some guesses, but curious to hear how close I am. Mike
  4. I'll snap some pics of it this weekend, if the weather holds, and we can post them here. Looking forward to seeing it!! Mike
  5. At the risk of sounding too geekly, check out one of the free linux distros that are out right now. SuSe, RedHat, etc. They've made great strides, and all cost substantially less than a Windows OS. Mike
  6. If you can't get him by phone, I may see him this weekend and I'll try and get specifics......... can't promise, though. Mike
  7. Glockmeister, TopGlock, LoneWolfDistributors--think I have them all on speed dial. LOL Mike
  8. Rob, That would be awesome. I love high quality gun-related pics, and have collected quite a few already. I'll be anxious to hear if you decide to do this. Thanks in advance. Mike
  9. Looks good Dave! Can't wait to see it! Since you have a "spare"... I know a couple people who wouldn't mind shooting open. LOL Mike
  10. Glad to have you back home, here in TX, where ya belong!! Maybe, if the rain holds off, we'll see ya soon out at a match!! You'll have bought so much stuff you'll need to sell off the old! Mike
  11. If you need any cash flow, I'd be glad to donate. I love this place! Mike
  12. I'm left-handed. Shoot a G34 in Production, just got a G35 for Limited. I dump mag with middle finger, too..... and find the Glock about the easiest to use for me. I had XD's for a while, and they were fine, but ended up with Glock and haven't looked back. YMMV. Mike
  13. Wife uses it...... she has used both the Hi-Viz fiber front and also a Dawson fiber front, and likes both. I see quite a few setup that way..... Mike
  14. Thanks all! I have at least something to work with now. I should be able to switch to Titegroup soon, but need to burn up (literally!) this 231. Mike
  15. Agree that I really need to test it, was just really looking for 'ballpark' (if there is such a thing when it comes to reloading) info. Thanks!
  16. I did the search, saw it mentioned now and then(no one crazy about it) but never saw any numbers. The players: 180 grain Montana Gold FMJ bullet Winchester 231 powder Looks like agreed concensus for Glock is around 1.125 OAL Gun is: Glock 35 .40 S&W Need a load to make major......right now, have 4.2g that I have tried so far.... soft, but I'm pretty dang sure it doesn't make major. Though I "DO" have the use of this press setup (friend letting me load on theirs- which is why I can't change the powder to Titegroup or VV)..... I don't have a chrono.... Anyone out there who can help me out? Thanks to any and all. I'll be buying both a chrono and press in near future, but money is tight right now. Mike
  17. No. I think I saw this discussed not long ago, as well. Bottom line...there are still quite a few states that still have restrictions in place, therefore these divisions are still worthwhile and useful. Mike
  18. If you don't get an answer soon, send a PM to member "harmongreer" here..... he can prob do the math in his head. Mike
  19. Yeah, but that too, is Harmon's expression. I gotta give credit where it's due. I didn't think that one up all by myself.
  20. We've still got slots available on our squad. Julie can come squad with us.
  21. I use Comptac and Mach2Tac singles.......works better for me. Mike
