  1. deja voo!!! I feel like I been here before! lol.... Alliants power pistol powder @ 4.7gr. , 180gr bullet (hornady), cci small pistol primers with c.o.l. @ 1.125 with a taper crimp @ .420! try that!
  2. There are many different powders for 40. Alliants Power Pistol is the name of the powder. It's not the best. as far as soft shooting, but it works really well with a bunch of different combinations. yup, versitile with other calibers , measures well when working up a load

When I first seen the EAA was turned of by the bright finish and + I had very little knowledge of the EAA, a friend of mine pick one up about a month ago and is a great gun I must say.. thoe in a 45acp not heavy recoil is smooth I like how the slide sits high he said he paid $6??.and some change! not bad I must say..... any hoo, again welcome to the forums!

  12. Like Grump & Clutch, POWER PISTOL!! I use for my .40, 45acp, and .44magnum. It measures well especialy when working up a load, the flash is very intimidating coming out of my DE .44mag...

I normaly try to stay within the guide lines of what my manuals say for the OAL,guage em drop em in my barrel to see if they would chamber and load em in my mags to make sure they dont rub on the walls of the mags then just rack em out! 2.)? 3.) I too just unscrew the two screws that lock the powder measure in place and tip it over in a funnel and call it one!

  15. came across this the other day for my 40 cal's I just gave it a shot of one shot and no problems! i ben collecting brass fin 9mm and i dont load for 9's yet came accoss brass that was longer then the other some stamped 9mm others 9x9?? what is the difference? also found a bunch of 9 with wierd primmers looked inside of the cassing and seen two little hols , thats garbage right?
