I'm installing my roller plunger now, I see the problem you're referring to. I went for option 3, which was to chuck the shaft of the new plunger in my dremel and sand down the mag release end until it was the same size as the old one. Seems to work nicely -- haven't test fired yet. I installed mine today, I had to use the factory plunger shaft as the lower part that is retained by the mag release plunger was 0.5mm in diameter thicker and mag release travel tightened right up but apart from that now with that, 13 pound hammer spring, flat trigger kit and over sized firing pin I'm sitting on 2 and a bit pounds trigger pressure...will test it on the range tomorrow.

Henning, what is the # for the stock plunger spring ? I see you carry #18 -> #22 and have you got any rolling trigger plungers in stock at the moment ?

Unusual that we can get something here in Australia thats not available in the US.

A friend of mine just bought a Gold Match in 9mm and its a very nice pistol, still very tight but shoots great. I have the Limited Custom GK which I have just tricked up with some of Hennings parts and am very happy with it except the Black Coating seems to scratch a bit after being rough with it .

Thanks for the advice mate its much appreciated, I have the lighters hammer springs and longer firing pin coming. I have noticed that the wear marks on my hammer hooks are not uniform so I will look into it further.

I installed Hennings flat trigger system and the weight feels like it has gone up but I never measured it stock. This is why I am asking.

What is a "GK"? I guess it doesn't matter so much th model I just wanted a ball park figure for stock triggers in pounds thats all.

Sorry to be asking this but I have made trigger mods to my Custom GK without measuring the original trigger weight, I have just made up a digital trigger tester and get a reading of 4.75lb's and I was wondering what would you expect to see on a stock Limited Custom GK if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Thanks for that mate, do you lock the slide open with a mag inserted then eject the mag ? I think my RO's wont like the fact you can't just lock it open minus the mag.

Thank you Mike for your reply, the last question I have then about the Titefit is once its installed does it have to be drifted out to take off the slide because it is real tight or can you still use your fingers to remove it ?. ANdrew

I gather if you want to use the Tite Fit Slide Pin you have to punch out the old pin from the slide stop with a pin punch ? If so how is the new pin located correctly so it meshes into the right place ? Thanks in advance.
