  2. + 1, I also use a notebook\binder log my data save my targets put hole punches in em and file em in my log notebook\binder..
  3. nice bench and well spent! I spent 62.00 bux on mine,I copied it from a bench at Cabelas but their bench didnt look rugged enough so I used wood instead of the plastic siden the other bench had...

  5. side view of "The Lab!" I first had set this up in my bedroom.Its nothing fancy like others, but it cranks em out. I got other pics in my cellphone just figuring out how to send em since my computer is down but will try to post more later... The bench on the left is my bench solid I got the Idea from the bench on the right I seen at Cabelas...
  6. Cabellas has sheets the size of a regular sheet of notbook paper where you can log your data you might find it by the data cards for bullets and bullet puller! Not sure if this might help...
  7. @MetalG, thats what its exactly is used for + to check the preasure if your loads are high or low,@ pops, careful when choosing a load like others posted watch your bullet leanth and profile also with lead bullets that are not the same as jacketed so start your powder chargelower by 10% good luck fellas and be safe!

  13. once you have your decaping,belling,seating and crimping dies you gotta make sure your powder charge is at the charge you want,once you got it set at the charge you want throw 10 charges onto your scale then you will have a better idea of how +/- you are and might need to adjust. at times your powder charge will be +/- about a tenth. and also the powders you are using will have an affect, as well as how sturdy bolted down your bench and or your press is also you wonna have brass in all your stations if you are loading progressively so the multiple charges can give you an average of your powder charges! sorry for the run on, good luck!
  14. +1 from what I hear SDB dies(or the set up) is more exspencive then The 550 set up or dies. you might wonna try ebay or cregs list !!!
