  1. Today was the second of two monthly ICORE matches at the Phoenix Rod And Gun Club. Five stages, 100 rounds, 18 bucks. There's an 8 dollar discount if you're member, and I am. The best part, we started at 8:00, and we were done by 10:00. I actually did ok today. I took 12th out of 29. My two "mikes" cost me ten seconds. Without them I'd have moved up two places. Here's a couple of guys I shot with on stage 1
  2. I've got an easy 27 step wet tumbling process... ...nah, I'm just joking. I dry tumble for an hour, then load them. So far so good.
  3. Yes, I've had the EXACT same experience with factory Federal ammo. However my hand load now is Federal Small Pistol Primers, Federal brass, Blue Bullets sized at .358 with TC moon clips.
  4. Isn't the punch in a spring ?
  5. Also, factory 9mm ammo isn't designed to work in a revolver, and most of it doesn't. If you're having gun problems and you're working on your own gun and you're not a fully qualified gunsmith, that might be the problem.
  6. How is that possible? The primer punch on a 750 is smaller in diameter than both the primer and the primer pocket. It allows you to seat the primer was deep as you want. I'd you're not bottoming out the primer, it's either operator error or operator error setting up your machine.
  7. I'm thinking of loading a 160gr bullet and using Win 231. Anybody do it?
  8. I've got an easy to use 23 step brass wet tumbling process. Nah I'm kidding, I just dry tumble it and load it
  9. I swear I thought this was going to be about primers
  10. Are there any ICORE clubs in the Orlando / Tampa area? I'll be there in June for my uncle's 85th birthday, and would like to shoot something.
  11. Drying ? No way, I shot an ICORE match last weekend and the average shooter's age was a spry 75
