It means that you can safely use any load data for a bullet of a given weight. Jacketed, plated, coated, pick a load, chrono it, have fun.
Loading 9mm mInor isn't rocket surgery.
Blah blah blah, I load coated, plated, and jacketed bullets all the same.
Granted I've only load a couple of hundred thousand rounds, but so far so good.
Oh, just an fyi. If you're loading for a modern .357 gun, 9mm load data is a good starting place for .38 Short Colt.
DO NOT USE 9mm LOAD DATA IN OLD .38 SHORT COLT GUNS.
