  1. Welcome to forum Bruno. Reloading is an ongoing learning process no matter how long you have been doing it.
  2. Welcome to the forum and congrats on that 650!
  3. Welcome to the forum and welcome to the wonderful world of handguns! What handgun(s) did you get?
  4. Welcome to forum. And congrats on your new equip at fair prices!
  5. Welcome to the forum JNR88. Ask lots of questions! Especially about the reloading. And read your Reloading manuals! note; manuals- plural
  6. Welcome to the forum Roger.
  7. Been using a Dillon for well over 15 years.
  8. You are right, you generally have to let the Foul Out set overnight to do it's job. Or if you are in a position where you can keep an eye on it during the day; sometitmes it takes 4-6 hours. But, you can not be in a hurry with the Foul Out, that's for sure.
  9. Keep in mind that there are a LOT of noobs out there now due to the panic. So the Dillion techs are having to spend more time than normal on a per customer basis. Think of it as, our troops are being strengthened in numbers, i.e., more reloaders!
  10. I use case gauge checkers for all my calibers. They only cost about $15. Much easier than breaking down my gun during a reloading session.
  11. Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you are ready to rock!

    Welcome to the forum.
  13. I agree! I almost posted the same statement, but I am really sold on the Outer's Foul Out system. I don't like to scrub.
  14. Grab a large primer and see if it fits in the cup............
  15. Or Foul Out III, whichever you can get your hands on, best money spent! No scrubbing by the way!
  16. Clays is my main powder that I've been using for years. That is exactly what I would expect with that kind of extreme drop in temp. Switching to Mag primers made a huge difference for winter time.
  17. Hats off to Winchester for going the extra mile for the customer!
  18. I hope so. However, 1050's are only warranteed for a year. Is it less than a year old? If not, maybe they will have compassion.
  19. Dude, you are going to wonder why you didn't go Code Blue years ago! You're going to go Nuts with that 1050. Congrats!
  20. I agree that you are short stroking. I forgot to mention that in my earlier post. That is why I said you must start thinking about the mechanics of reset during the stage. Just for a while..
  21. 200 veiws and only 1 response - interesting PB - I think you are going to have to conscieously take yourself off of "auto pilot" mode when the buzzer goes off. You are going to have to start "thinking" about your trigger reset. I did not say worry. about it. Think about the mechanics of it. Yes this may slow you down for a few stages, or a match. But you will get past it quickly. We all go through quirks like this with new guns or mod changes sometimes. This is the price we pay. Sometimes it's worth it, sometimes not. Good Luck
  22. With the extra All American BEEF you get with a 1050 you don't need a lifetime warranty.
