Why aren't these pistols more widely used in the United States? Why are they so popular in Europe?

I have an opportunity to purchase a Starr Universal press set up for 9mm with a case feeder. Do any of you reload or have reloaded using this press? Comments? Opinions? How does it compare with a Dillon 650?

So I plan to purchase the iPhone 6 on Friday, 9/12-which version I haven't decided yet. So I called Apple to determine at what time on September 12 I could pre-order the iPhone-exactly at the stroke of midnight or 6AM, or whatever? If I am shooting SSP the pistol cannot be cocked. The 85-c doesn't have a decocker.

When using the decocker on my CZ 85 Combat, I put my left index finger between the hammer and firing pin and then lower the hammer onto my finger and then slowly remove my finger. No accidental discharges so far.
