I wear my normal USPSA pistol belt with an AR mag holder back behind the pistol mag pouches. I have my 4 six round shotgun shell carriers on a separate belt that I put on just above the pistol belt. The holster and mag pouches keep the shotgun carrier belt from sliding down. I keep the shell carriers in front, the pistol mags to the left, and the AR mag ends up slightly behind me.

Not that I am expecting any, but if anyone does get any errors, hit Back and resubmit. Also please make a note of any error if you do get one and let me know (via HighLordGomer@TheMXTrack.com ) what it was. -

I have heard of people having different times in different windows, but I have never been able to reproduce that (with more than a second between clocks) unless I was mokeying with my local time to try to introduce errors. If you have two windows and one is slightly ahead of the other, go with the earlier one. The logic for updating the clock could be almost as much as a second behind the actual server time. -
I have not shot an M&P worked on by a real gunsmith, so I can't comment on that. I did buy 2 9 Pros and the trigger on one was TERRIBLE (I think the stock firing pin block might have had a burr on it because when it got to the point of pushing that up, the trigger got really hard and it moved the slide rearward a fair bit). The other was ok, but not as smooth or as light as my old M&P9 with 37K rounds through it. I put the Apex seer and firing pin block in both of the Pros and they are incredible! I let someone at Area 6 try mine against theirs that had work done to it and they liked mine with the simple drop-in Apex parts better. I got the Pros because they were in stock. I like the sights (never looked at the 9L sights).

Mine runs best on high velocity Winchester AAs. It will also run fine on any of the 7 1/2s or 8s from Walmart that are labeled 1250 or 1300 fps.

It uses the server time, not what is displayed on your browser. That is why any fiddling with your local time is pointless...the server will reject anything before 9:30 by its own clock. -

On my 550 I just don't use the rear pin when using the trimmer. -

Charlie, Any idea what distances I should plan on for rifle? How about round counts? Thank you! -
Thank you, Mr. Kettle! I haven't crashed in over 8 months!

That does sound eerie! When I was there before we rode from his house straight up into the hills of the National Forest. We also loaded up and went to Elsinore. That was pretty cool because he has run the Elsinore GP for many years and was even in "On Any Sunday" when they showed footage of the original races. I'll see if I can get him to take me to Glamis.

People used to joke about labelling their enclosed motorcycle trailers with things like "John's Septic Service" to discourage theft. I'm considering checking a gun case as baggage and trying to figure out what would discourage anyone from taking too much of an interest in it. I have thought about "DVC Delivery Systems - Specimen Collection Kit #2" Any other ideas?

Very cool! Any pics? In 1995 I rode a friend's 94 YZ250 and like it so much I bought a 95. Those were great bikes. I have a friend in Corona that I will be visiting at the end of June. We might end up riding somewhere out there. Where did you ride?

I believe with the M&P it has more to do with the trigger bar engaging the firing pin stop and the seer pushing the striker back. Almost all of that percieved movement went away after installing the Apex seer and firing pin block.

Wow! The slow speed reload was faster than my full speed! Yes, the cheap one has a date/time. If you need it for work and want something that will dependably capture video, I wouldn't recommend the cheap one. I got two pairs (one for me and one for my son). All too often I am turning it off when I think I am turning it on or vice-versa. At the end of the day when I check what I recorded I usually only get half of what I thought I tried to record. This shows the date/time. The RO even laughed at me when I went for my next mag with my left hand and tried to hit the mag release button with my right. I didn't do much better the second time.

Very cool! I am always impressed with kids who work for something.

Which one of them was Flexmonkey, cuz one of them sure had a purty mouth?!?

I hadn't seen that trick for the auto-return. I'll have to try that. I tried mounting mine sideways and at 90 degrees to the edge of the bench. I settled on 45 degrees with me standing about 45 degrees to the bench. I have a 2x12 bolted to the bench and holes with T-Nuts underneath so I can install and remove various items when I want them. I mount the 600 with 3 allen bolts. My600.wmv

I was impressed with him as a junior at the MGM / AMU Junior camp. I was even more impressed now that he's wearing the uniform and I got to speak with him at the SC State match and Area 6. He is a fine young man in great company.

Very cool! That decides it, we'll come for the weekend before! I'd really rather hit the 3-gun match but I don't want to fly with a case full of 2 ARs, 2 shotguns, and 3 pistols. Thank you! -
I have to work in Las Vegas from June 28th through July 1st. I am considering bring my father and my son out with me. I'd like to hit a local match while we're out there. Trying to figure out if it would be better to come early and shoot the weekend before or stay afterwards. The weekend after is July 4th, so that worries me a little that the prices might be higher and that there may not be matches that weekend. Any advice (including non-shooting suggestions) is appreciated!
