I thought this being a custom shop gun, it already has the better trigger, but I may be wrong. The DA/SA trigger was good. I prefer the SA only. I found out after I bought mine that CZ Custom sells the 75 Shadow with the SA only trigger.

I've had my 75 Shadow T for several months and shoot exclusively in the ESP Division of IDPA. The SA trigger was good but I had our local gunsmith install the straight Single Action trigger from CZ Custom and now it's the best pistol that I've ever owned. Changing out the trigger was all that was done and now it is right at 2# with no take up and a very short reset.

Good one but hold that thought until November.

I spent a year shooting a revolver in IDPA. Working the DA trigger helped a great deal when I switched back to shooting a CZ, not only with trigger control but with accuracy and other aspects of the sport.

Here is my CZ 75 Shadow T. It will be converted to SA only soon.

I got the black one. The safety is not noticeable. Having once owned a SA model CZ, I prefer the larger safety.

After shooting a wheelgun exclusively for the past year, I finally transitioned back to a bottom feeder for IDPA. At our club match on Saturday, the new CZ 75 Shadow T worked better than advertized. I still have some time to get used to the trigger but it was a pleasure to finish fourth overall behind two MA and one EX shooters.

No worries. Mine is by far the best pistol I have ever owned.

I just picked up a Shadow T and have only 360 rounds through it so far. How many have you fired before your sight came loose?

That's exactly what I was saying yesterday.

I shot a 5-stage USPSA match yesterday in the Limited division with my new CZ 75 Shadow T. I was using 147gr JHP reloads pushing about 900 fps. The CZ ran as advertised without any hiccups. I was concentrating on getting used to the trigger, having shot a revolver exclusively for the past year. The pistol is a track driver. Now I have to work on speed.

I just ordered a black CZ 75 Shadow T.

While I see a lot of guys use the soft Hogue grips, I prefer Pachmayr Decelerators. I like the grip better and they have more than enough clearance. Just my 2 cents.

I remember when Ashburn wasn't there. I came home on leave from the Air Force and there was a new town. Good luck with the club. We started a new club from scratch. It still isn't a big club but we have several MA and EX shooters now. We just got a bunch of guys together that like to shoot. We contacted the AC and the local SO Instructor to get people certified and off we went.

I shot a Bug at one of our club matches and did pretty well with it. I was carrying a CZ82 at the time. 9mm Mak isn't quite legal but it was fun.

I shoot mostly IDPA but have shot two USPSA matches, both with wheelguns. I have plenty of speedloaders but found out the hard way that I need more speedloader holders. IMHO, the Ready Tactical holders are the best thing since sliced bread.
