They said a plugged rifle barrel won't come apart like a bananna peel when shot. I have worked at a few firearms manufactures and it happens very often. Just because they can't get the results they are after, they say it is impossible. Adam and Jamie are not the sharpest people I have ever seen but they are entertaining. Dale

If they are close to a box a pasters, just grab them and say "Can I use these since you aren't"? They will sometimes get the hint but not always. Dale

Drazy Metal Works Steel 500

Matt, Congrats on the SS win. Are you going to be shooting more SS this year? Dale -
I believe he is 48. No matter the age, 15 in a row is amazing. Dale

Yea, that hurts just reading it. You start drilling and think you will never get through the nail so you put more pressure on the drill and then BAM!!! and the pain really starts. By the way, I like your B.O.A.T. acronym. After owning a couple boats, I have always said that a boat is just a hole in the water to pour money into. Hope you get better soon and watch the infection. I have been using Precision (lead) bullets in mine with no problems. Dale

I have the KISS on my 1050 and have loaded about 25,000 rounds with it and have had zero upside down bullets. I love it. Dale

As for the original question, you can request anything you want; it doesn't always mean you will get it though. Dale

If it was just painted a "Tactical" flat black, it would be sold already.

I heard an RO once say "Don't over think it; it is just paper and steel. Find it and shoot it". That works very well until the RO scoring you gives you a FTE for the target you didn't find and shoot...yes, it has happened. Dale

You will love it! I have had mine for about a year and a half and it is great. The machine is the cheap part though; feeding it gets spendy in a hurry. Enjoy it! Dale

I am currently transitioning to a different job and I cannot have pets at the place I am renting now so my fiance is keeping both of our Hounds. I only get pictures of them occasionally. Here are two of them that I like. The Black & Tan is Ladybird and the Redbone is Blue. I don't like being without them but they are happy with her and well taken care of. Dale

You can sight in your gun with bullets and then put the laser on there to see where it points and make a note of it. If the sights get hit or anything else, put the laser back in and see if it lines up to the original spot you noted. Dale

Remington 1187 extractor installation
Dale Rader replied to rstimpfling's topic in Shotgun - Technical
Lay the extractor 90 degrees past where it should be with the claw part against the bolt face. Use the bottom portion of the extractor to push the spring and plunger down into the bolt. As you are pushing, rotate the extractor into the bolt and it will pop into place. If you can't follow this, PM me and I will gove you my phone number and explain it to you better. Dale -
Those photos are of me shooting it at Pine Tree and yes, it is a very fun and challenging stage. I got to see Matt Cheely shoot it before he RO'd me and you couldn't even tell there were swingers as fast as he shot it. Dale

Super 1050 Sticky Primer Shuttle.
Dale Rader replied to LeoHallak's topic in Dillon Precision Reloading Equipment
Mine did that a few times also and I finally called Dillon. The arm that activates it needs to be almost perfectly in line with the primer tube and not tilted to one side. Once I got mine lined up, it has been smooth every since. Look at it from the top and you can see if it is lined up good or not. PM me if you have problems with it. Dale -
Congrats to both of you Matt and Gloria!! Keep us informed of the big date. Dale & Kimberly

Kgunz11, I can go to almost any gun store and borrow or rent a gun from them and be perfectly legal. I cannot; however, receive a gun at my own address without an FFL wheather I am buying it or borrowing it. Please check on the regs before shipping any serial numbered gun part to a non-licensed reciepient.

I actually wash my ball caps on the top rack of the dishwasher and they come out very nice.
