i chrono'd at Area 4 using the same ammo, the pf was 169. i chrono'd at Area 3 the only difference was i use new brass, the pf was 173. this also was the same chrono team at each match. lynn

Read the RO test, it should say. As for implementation, I understand it will be pretty quick once the books are mailed. Like one month.... Get reading. yup! it states on the exam "use the january 2004 edition rule book for reference." lynn

steve223, go to a bike shop, look around and ask questions there. most of the time they know what they're talking about. you'll find out that the minimum for a decent bike will be more than $300. good luck in the search. lynn
