  1. Dont do the crime if you cannot do the time..... It is your cut that is bleeding. Every one is going to look up to the ones that stuck it out any way rather than just hitting the trail with tail tucked and sulking.. JMHO...... I just got my second....
  2. As I am sure that you know. The grams spring and follower is the best way that "I" know to have a sot at 21 rounds in the mag. I do know people that have 22 rounders. But it does take an other tube than SV or St tubes... Again that I know of. The ones that I have touched are not S_I's... I also know that tube to tube is the biggest variable that will determine if you are going to get 19,20,21 in that bad boy. Dementionally that is. Inside width and overall length being consistent and correct. Some say that you need the grams base pad... But I have fond that though I do have a higher success rate with them, I can still make a dawson work. If the tube is just right. The tubes that I have had brownells guts in. I have never made 21 with that combo, or a good re loadable 20. My 20's with the later have been very tight ones at that. Hope that is even close to what you might have been looking for.
  3. You can also get Velcro from the hardware store and add it to the back of the mag pouches. That will give you the added Velcro to keep them stuck to his chassis... +1 for the CR belt. This is what I do to help keep mine right in place to. I also use a set screw in the puoch it self to keep it in the same place on the outer belt. some times the shims like to walk a little.

    Oops!

NO theory here Chris... Just Glad you are ok from that bad boy....
  5. +1.... I start with 21 and reload to an 18 round count. I take only the two out that help the mag set a little better.

  9. Thats too f--ing funny. I watched the whole series and laughed myself till I hurt. LMAO! YOU KILL THE JOE, YOU MAKE SOME MO'! That makes me laugh just as hard every time!!
  10. WOW, I wonder how long that took him to get that done.....
  11. The first time for me was both a thrill and terrifying. I'm glad you had a safe, fun first time. Be careful about "shaking your stick" in public. +1 man.. No need to wait till next month... Sniff out an other one sooner!!
  12. +1 on Titegroup as a N320 substitute. 4.7 grains with a 180 Montana Gold is working great for me in 40 S&W. baerburtchell - I am close to switching to Titegroup over N320 and now load with 4.7 gr with 180 gr FMJ and OAL of 1.175. What is your OAL with that load of Titegroup and what is your power factor? Thanks This is with an 5" STI. 4.7 gr. Titegroup , 180 grain Montana Gold JHP loaded to 1.180. PF of 172. Outside temp. was in the mid 80's when I tested. What I like is that it has also been amazingly clean. Not like N320, but pretty doggone close. Edited for more info: Mixed range brass, Federal primers. Loaded on a Dillon 550 with a EGW undersize sizing die, Redding competition seating die and a regular Dillon taper crimp die. Man...... I did not read this far down on my other post. But you and me have the same results... To the "T".. Same set up too. But a 650 instead. Kinda COOL
  13. +1 on Titegroup as a N320 substitute. 4.7 grains with a 180 Montana Gold is working great for me in 40 S&W. +2 for me as well. That is my identical load that I run right now. I can run 4.6 but choose to run 4.7. I do also like International Clays as well however. For .40 cal. In answer to the original post, I have and do sometimes use 3n37, I like it. But it seems to very inconsistent over the crono. A great day and some bad days. Have a good one
  14. NICE..... Cannot wait to see it!!

  16. That is grreat!!!!! I have not had to deal with Cancer, but I had a fight for my life 7 years ago and I know how that was on me! Keep enjoying every breath and freedom we have in our short lives!!
  17. In the case that you are describing Abs.. I must admit that it did bother me some. Due to the fact that it was not an EMERGENCY. Also.. like stated above, in this case the weather did change alot and the waiting time was huge later in the match. They were able to have a chance at getting in some grove going and we did not. By a long shot. Just my .02 man.. Thanks again for the mags!!
  18. I am by now stretch the caliber of those who posted just above me here. But I could not agree more. I just wish that I had realized it SOONER....
  19. WOW........ That is a little scary. I hope that some one is able to get them to see the light on this one.
