The brass grips are to heavy in my opinion. The gun is heavy enough

all good powders. I use 8.5 of 3n38 through a SZ island barrel with 2 3/8 inch popple holes and a bidell comp. I get about 173PF

The comp style is good but I just don’t like the dot options. Either a 2MOA dot or a 8MOA with a hole in it?? I’d go with the SCS

Sig optics barely last. I personally use the SRO because thats what ive used in CO for so long before making the switch. If that is out of your budget i would go with the RTS2. Half the price with a warranty that lasts also. Both will break eventually and have to be warrantied

Never had any issues. Granted it doesnt feel as tight as it used too, even with readjustment. However its still 5x tighter than the everglades.

I think SZ barrels if you can find them are the go to. They are slightly slower than KKM but they shoot tighter groups in my experience

If you can find a good deal on either VV3n37 or VV3n38 than run that. otherwise sillhoutte or Autocomp run marvelous

DAA flex hands down. Everglades has no adjustment and the gun moves WAY too much. With the flex you can adjust it to fit exactly to your trigger guard

Our club is strictly unelected volunteers. There are 8 of us that make stages, run squads and help setup. We urge competitors to help with tear down. We do however get a free membership at our club for running the match

I agree, at a local that fine, just like on the golf course with your buddies. At a major match I would personally say something to either the CRO working the stage, or the RM/MD

Majority of matches will have a testfire/practice bay. If you dont see one dont be afraid to ask. Its a huge pet peeve of mine that major matches want shooters to just go in cold.

If this is a consistent issue i would look at the gun. If its only happening on a specific gun than the mounting holes/lugs could be off. Also make sure you are torquing to spec

I like the CGW trigger kit. Its hard to beat. I also run a 11.5lb hammer spring. This will make the biggest difference. If you dont want to spend the extra $ then just get the Hammer spring, ext firing pin, and reduced firing pin spring and you will get the same result.

That turned out great. Many people think that popple holes are only for 38SC. people are figuring out quick that it makes a huge difference in 9Major

Yes, the alpha x holster will work with the 2011 insert filed. The everglades is the deal for MPA

Other lots of good prefers. If VV is too high for you, try autocomp or silhouette

Accurate powders are general on the cleaner side. However the amount of powder you have to use in aa7 is roughly 10Gr. It will not burn all the way and leave you wil “gravel” in your gun
