No, we won't lose him to the flat side. In the 2 years I've been bumping into him at matches, he (and his progeny) have won "Several" bottom feeders (it really being too numerous to count). It seems he can go to a match and "not" win a placque but still pick up a gun. Guys with that kind of luck really get under my skin.

If he wasn't such a naive  , newbie  , nice guy I could actually get upset with him. But, for now I can only get upset that he keeps kicking my butt. And hope I can stay ahead of Young-wannabe'a'Master Sam for a while longer.

Hope Danbagger at least picked up a nice prize for his win.

Well Danbagger, at least you can feel good that you "Earned" the placque. And against some pretty tough competitors too.

Good tune up for the Nat's.

Hope the weather holds for the next month. It's 70 deg and beautiful for a change here in the midwest.

I almost feel guilty taking that really cool bi-tone .45 ACP XD pistol off the prize table, since I got it purely through dumb luck in the random drawing, after being beaten quite clearly by Dan in the actual match.

Almost.

;)

I think maybe the spirit of Dean Martin put in a quick word for me.

You had to have been there..............The Starlight Lounge above Buzzard Billies tavern had a 50's / 60's era theme.........Almost to the affect that we were waiting for the Rat Pack to descend upon us with entertainment.......Mike just coundn't get enough of the vinyl seats, the dark atmosphere, and retro look..........

It must be the Scotch...... ;)

I got a hat...........The prize table was a random draw.

A good hat or a Ted Knight, Caddy Shack hat? :)

A camo "City Brewery" Cap...........Must be a micro brew in Wisconsin

I liked it much better back when Dan wore that pith helmet to matches. The world made so much more sense back then......

Retro....as defined by my Websters Dictionary:

backward, back, behind.....as in Mike Carmoney's shooting

Excellent--this is just exactly the kind of subtlety we were seeing from Dan back before the Sunflower Classic! Remember when he was going to feed us all "shit sandwiches"??

Wow, for us mere mortals this is like watching Darth Vader and Obie Wan Kenobee fighting it out. I just can't figure out which one is which.

Based solely on day jobs, I think I know who is on the dark side.

And when you think of it SAM does look a little like Luke Skywalker, and you know who his daddy was....or is.... Oh I'm confused.

Does this make me C-3po?
