What do you use to fill in the tiny holes in your magazine base pads?

I just got a bunch of magazine base pads with a bunch of the holes in the bottom that can be used to identify/differentiate them. What do you guys use to fill them in (neatly)?

Paint pen or nail polish is probably the most common

I just took some nail polish from the wife.  I used a toothpick to dip into the nail polish.  You'll have to play around with how much nail polish you put on the toothpick but it does not take much.

 

I would have a rag to wipe off the nail polish if there was any overflow or if I was not happy with the result.

Silver or gold Sharpie, or oil based paint pen, depending on what the base pads are made out of.

It seems like a paint pen or sharpie might be too thick. I like the nail polish with a toothpick idea, I may try that.

I've also used Wite Out Correction Fluid.

Oil-based marker. Easy to remove the paint with rubbing alcohol if needed.

I just used a ball shaped dremel bit on mine.  Sort of the opposite.  Mine are black so the contrast works well.
