wksinatl
Do you guys use the large charge bar or the smaller charge bar when loading for 223? I use the large bar (have loaded stick powder only) but was told that you have better accuracy with ball powder with the smaller bar. Thoughts? thanks, Keith
D.Hayden
I use the large powder bar, had to. My small charge bar would take max 24.5 of H335 (or 2230), and I wanted 25.5 to 26.0. I only tried one, not sure how similar they all are...
Viggen
I use the large powder bar.
Larry White
Not sure but I think my small bar would only throw 24.6 of 2230c so I use the large one.------Larry

L9X25
Dillon told me to use the large bar, whenever possible, as it would yield more consistent results.

Cosby
I am using 26.5 grains of 2230C with 55 grain "pulled" military bullets. I mainly shoot 3-Gun and accuracy is very acceptable. These bullets are cheap!!! I get them from Pat's Reloading.
