    Beware Xxx

I don’t like seeing people posting “Do Not Buy From________, before they have tried to reconcile with customer support. Well I tried and here goes….. I went to the [edit] store Web site to order some small rifle primers after getting an email about 20%. There site showed a box of Federal No 205 small rifle primers in a black and white box. I click on the box and a screen popped up with the same item and next to it was a button that said add to chart. I purchased 5,000 of these along with a few other items to get my order over $100 to get a 20% discount. When I got home Monday there was a package on my door step. When I opened it they were not small rifle primers, but, magnum small pistol primers. I called customer support and spoke with them and told them this is not what I ordered. I was told because they are primers they can not accept them back. After 20 minutes of going back in forth, all they keep saying was we can’t accept it back and was told that maybe I could sell them on EBay. I asked who could I talk to resolve this and they gave me the president’s name and number. After three day of calling and leaving messages, he never returned my call. After the fourth day of trying go get him to return my call, I called back and spoke with the Customer service manager. She basically told me that she was sorry this has been a bad experience but, because they can’t take back hazmate items there was nothing she could do. I will never purchase for this business again. Their EXCHANGES & RETURNS We offer a "no hassle" return policy; you may return a product to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. EXCEPT FOR WORNG PRODUCTS and MISLEADING PRODUCTS ON THEIR WEBSITE that are HAZMATE. Anyone interested in 5,000 magnum small pistol primers $100 shipped.
  2. I'm looking at plinking ammo. I was looking on Pat's Reloading at some of their Surplus and/or Virgin powders. Also, pulled 223, SS109, 62 FMJ and 223 M-193 55 FMJ-BT. Are these safe to use as long as you start with the lightest loads and work up or should I stay away from this stuff? Just wondering. What about powders from ammo? Thanks, in advance!
  3. Do you think the RCBS Competition Powder Dispenser would be quicker or should I go with the PACT?
  4. This may have been covered in later repleys , but I called the company and spoke to a tech and he said to use 2460 load data for the 2230C powder.
  5. IS ANYONE USING THE PACT AUTO POWDER DISPENSER? If so how fast is it? Does it work really well? Is it worth it? I want a powder dispenser and I am thinking of either getting the PACT Auto Powder Dispenser to go with my PACT digital scale. I am also looking at getting either the PACT Auto Dispenser or a RCBS Competition Powder Dispenser (include both rifle and handgun metering drums)? Which way would you go? I will be loading mainly 30-30 and a few .223 accurate loads. Other than that I want to experiment with say 40 loads of different handgun loads. Would I be better off with the RCBS Competition Powder Dispenser?
  6. If you are looking for a good red dot, but don't want to spend 400-500 for an Aimpoint, then checkout the Burris XTS-135. It's not an Aimpoint, but I'm not going into combat with it either. I got one for Christmas and this is one fine red dot. $198 for scope and $30 for rings.
  7. I have Dillon die coming in .223, 40 S&W and 9mm. I also have 9mm and .45acp coming in RCBS I bought off a forum. I will probably put them on EBay.
  8. I have to insulate my garage and put in duct work to pipe in AC/Heat. Will be doing this this week. Both of our spare bedrooms are for granddaughter and guest. Maybe I can't just stop having guest?
  9. I went with the 40 Sub Compact and carry the 10 rnd mag with it. I wouldn’t change a thing. Very comfortable!
  10. I own a XD9 4" and a 40 sub compact and loev both. I will have the XD 45. acp when it comes out in SS
  11. I'm just getting into reloading, but most gun manuals state "do not use reloaded ammo in this gun". Not sure why? I think they are just covering their butts if anything happens.
  12. You can't go wrong with the SA. I have a .45ACP compact lightweight and love it. I've owned the Mil Spec, but wanted something for CCW. Their customer support is one of the best in the business.
  13. I know it's not new, but Brassman has some really good deals on once fired brass.
  14. I’m new to reloading so, I have lots of questions. Which Chrono is the best for around $150.00 I want something that I can use a printer with and PC compatible. Thanks!
