How often do you check your PF?

Every time before a level ii or level iii match with the loads I’m gonna shoot that match and the gun I’m going to use just to make sure the chrono stage isn’t the death of me

I chrono anytime I change powder lots. Load only 100 rounds, test and chrono. More often if I am using the same powder it will only deviate very very minimal.  

Other than that. I trust my load data I have done over the years. 

 

The only powder that made my data skewed was when using LONGSHOT Powder. I believe there was a time they had some lots that were extremely SLOW and extremely HOT.

Typically two to three times a year, winter, summer, some where in between.

I always verify it after a component change.   For any existing pre-tested load with no changes, I'll check it once in the Fall when the weather cools.

To be honest I don't.

 

My PF's are 9mm - 137000, 40S&W - 155000 minor and factory for major, 45ACP - 177000 - 181000 depending on the powder I use.
