Hi, I’m sorry I don’t have an answer to your question, but you might want to check Glock’s website to see if their Armorer’s Course is being offered near you and once you take it you’d be good to go!

There's tutorials all over on youtube.  In essence polish all the surfaces on the trigger bar, firing pin block plunger, and connector that slide against each other, change the connector to a 3.5 lb, replace the trigger spring with a 6 lb version, and a reduced power (3.5 - 4 lb) striker spring.
