ss+P
I have been out of the game since before the whole PCC division came about. I have a buddy who wants to start shooting with me again and wants to use a Ruger PC. They are legal for USPSA correct. I tried searching and didn’t find it and I looked at the rules and it seems to fit the “box” but it seems a lot has changed since I left so I figured I will ask. TeedOff
Legal. I’ve seen a few guys run them. Out of the box the ergonomics seem less that ideal. I believe taccom and maybe others have aftermarket bits to address the shortcomings. Link to comment
Frozen
Yes legal , I use one in uspsa , great rifle for the money, runs 100% , just change out the mag adapter to glock mags , and good to go . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
ss+P
Thanks guys. I figured but wanted to check before we drove an hour and they told him he couldn’t shoot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
Zincwarrior
Its advantaged in that PreCovid, it was an inexpensive option vs. the competition, has ergos that are in line with a 10/22 or old school rifle, and frankly is less likely to trip an AWB limitation. Link to comment
ss+P
Yeah he got when when they first came out. We shot limited together and now want to see what PCC is about before he goes all inSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
pig4bill
Doug Koenig, factory Ruger shooter, uses one. Link to comment

Nic_USPSA_C
Since he already had it and it is legal he needs to go shoot a few matches and try PCC. It is definitely a different game. Can always race it up with some TandenKross parts. Link to comment
laz2011
There are a lot of parts for the Ruger pc I would recommend to replace the extractor with one sold by Mcarbo . It should eliminate extraction problems . They also sell a trigger kit . Link to comment

The difference (for the good) will be obvious. AD Link to comment

I haven't touched the trigger yet, it's a little heavy, but not bad. The Volquartsen replacement trigger module is interesting, but a bit spendy at $273.00 Link to comment

I wish there was a like button. I appreciate all the responses. I know there are other topics for these but it’s nice to have it all in one placeSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment

Maneuvering the gun around walls and in ports is something that needs practice. Link to comment
