NancyC
My cz accu shadow will not go to slidelock with my factory mags. This is happening during IDPA matches. Any suggestions?
LilBunniFuFu
Will it do it with other mags? are you sure the meat on your hands isn't riding the slide stop?
seabass1
The CZ 75 models tend to not go into slide lock if they are dirty. Try cleaning it, see if that makes a difference.
eerw
Will it lock back if you do it by hand. How old are the mag springs?
NancyC
It does lock back by hand with no difficulty. The magazines are 3 months old.
Sarge
What ammo? Might need turned up a little. Run some defensive loads through it and see if it just needs a little more umph.
zzt
My CZ mags with factory springs and followers always lock the slide back. The ones with CZC springs and follower will not always. They did when the springs were new, but not after several months. The springs are weaker than factory. That's why you get an extra round in. If you stretch the spring, it will lock back for a short period, then resume the set. That's fine with me. For USPSA I don't want lock back. When I need it I just use factory mags. CzViper
What kind of ammo? Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
NancyC
I use 124 grain projectiles made with titegroup powder 4.0 grains. I did not have this problem when I first got the gun. It has only been happening in the last month.

CzViper
Only mags that don't lock back on any one of mine are from magazine springs being weak. What's your OAL for ammo? Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
cjfung10
This may not be it but I figure I can mention it since it hasn't been yet - the inside of the mag and follower can be dirty and need some cleaning. I've had dirt/crud get into the mag and the follower starts dragging up the mag.
